I wasn't expecting the Ritz...but I wish it were a tad more clean.

I booked last minute for price and location.

The room smelled like cigarettes in the room, the bedding had gross stains, and it looked like someone stole all the pictures off the wall. The parking lot has a lot of cigarette butts and trash scattered. The cleanliness of the place as a whole could have been better. Also, the people next door were super loud. I didn't complain because I was too tired. The owners were nice.

El encargado se esforzó mucho para que nos sintiéramos cómodos. Se agradece pero el lugar es deprimente

Las camas viejas , incómodas, sucias, tenían sobras de comidas, las sábanas estaban manchadas de sangre. El baño lleno de sarro, se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría en las otrwa habitaciones. Es deprimente este hotel

The only good thing about it is the location

The location is the only good thing about it

Room wasn't clean. Found stains all over the sheets. There were holes all over the walls and the staff don't speak any English or Spanish so good luck trying to tell them that you're checking in/out. Front desk didn't seem very friendly at all. I will give credit that there was one lady there who did speak English and seemed nice enough to help me check in.

Don't try to save. If you have a couple extra dollars, book another hotel.

It's just that our first hotel where we lived when we arrived in the USA was also the Red Roof Inn. There were good memories of those days and I chose the same hotel for an overnight stay halfway between Florida and Texas.

When I booked the hotel room, I was looking for a non-smoking room. I randomly chose a non-smoking disabled hotel room. But this hotel room smelled strongly of tobacco. Apparently, all disabled people smoke. The mattress on the bed was covered with some kind of plastic and this plastic creaked unpleasantly. The sheet slid over the plastic. The walls are dirty and need to be painted. There are no curtains in the bathroom. Is it possible to make it easier for a disabled person to get into the bath?

Just staff were polite

Awful, all the room full of cockroaches at night ,not two or three more than 20 i saw, I asked the staff to Change my room and thank good they were polite and did. Although it was non smoking room sheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes. I don’t know about that neighborhood but I do not think it was appropriate for families with junks and drugs.Hotel were really old and feel greasy everywhere, I most of the time use red roof hotels but this one was the most awful and disgusting place which can not name hotel.

Maybe ok for a quick stay by yourself, but it’s not a family friendly area.

Ended up not staying and just losing the cost of the room. It’s in a kind of sketchy area, and didn’t feel safe with our son there and luggage on the rack of our car. My husband literally walked in the room while me and my son sat in the car and walked back out. He immediately went to go cancel. The owner went to “inspect” the room to determine if we would get the $50 deposit back, and tried to say that we caused water streaks from a mop on the floor. My husband had to argue with him to get out deposit back.

The stay was pleasant, the room was clean , and the manager was very helpful.

The room was nice and clean. I like the manager getting me in an area where I felt more comfortable.

The outside of the building was not that attractive.

Gulf Coast Challenge Weekend

Stayed here GCC weekend, great location, convenient to the interstate, gas station/convenience store, restaurants. The stadium is about 8-10 min away driving. Sn: (it's a plug at every gas station if you don't like to travel w/ your own). You're welcome

Be prepared to pay a $60 refundable security deposit in cash only, and $40 if you need to check in 1hr earlier. The website doesn't let you know that in advance.
