Awesome place to stay

I was able to get a bedroom on the bottom floor close to an outside door . staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was awesome. It was clean and then employees. The housekeepers were nice and friendly and it was peaceful.

There really wasn't anything that I disliked.

Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff was nice and the breakfast was good

Heater didn’t work. Ice machine didn’t work. Pool wasn’t working. Shower wasn’t particularly clean.

This hotel isn’t friendly or truthful & the staff is horrible!

The breakfast was sufficient.

We booked this location specifically because it had an indoor pool & refrigerator in room to store nutritional items for our child. When we arrived & walked around the property, the pool was down for maintenance & partially drained. This wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking nor at check in. Also the refrigerator didn’t work in room. When we brought this up to the front desk, the lady there for hateful & sarcastic with us. She told us ‘I can’t do anything because you booked with a 3rd party’. She absolutely refused to help until we got corporate involved. Eventually we were moved rooms so that our refrigerator worked, but the new fridge had no shelving. Will NOT be staying here again next year when we have to be in the area for the exact same thing as this year.

Great stay but we had to stop and grab breakfast unexpectedly because the hotel food was awful!

The staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

The breakfast was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

It was a clean hotel.

When I booked my reservation I booked a smoking room. When I got there I did not get a smoking room and they told me they had none Available but I paid for the room when I booked it. So I would assume that my smoking room would be booked since I paid for it already. So I just pay for a room in advance and that guarantees me a room but doesn't guarantee me a certain room?; if that's the case they should let you know when you book you are not guaranteed a smoking room. Cause had I not already paid for the room in advance I would not have stayed there.

DON'T USE BOOKING.COM

Nice hotel friendly staff. Would stay here again but not using Booking.com

We ordered a pet friendly room but Booking.com didn't confirm the pet part. The Hotel only had one pet room left so we had to double up in the beds. Also Booking.com double charged us, so now I have to contact them & try to get our money back.

Weekend stay for nearby graduation. Comfortable accommodations.

Comfortable beds. Nice hot shower. Good hot breakfast selection.

No hot tub or whirlpool in the pool area.

So Comfortable and Affordable

The staff was well informative and very welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable. The price was perfect and the location was convenient. The pool is already open and appeared to be clean. There was also breakfast that was catered in (I slept in and missed it.)

The only things I didn't care for was the thin toilet paper and that the heat was on when we arrived. However, I understand prices and Missouri weather.

Warning for nonsmokers, they have smoking rooms that stink up the hallway

The entire hallway smelled like cigarettes because they have smoking rooms, which I didn't even know was legal because it's illegal in Wisconsin. The smoke came in our room through the door, yuck. I won't be staying again because of the allowance of smoking The side door was broken so it didn't swing shut on it's own so I found it open quite a few times. The door frame on our door was broken at the bottom.
