Clean, quiet and comfortable.

The facility and room were nice, clean and very comfortable. Staying with a toddler was easy didn’t hear any noise for outside our room and we all slept well. Only complaint was their pool was being renovated and not usable. But we were able to drive a little ways to use another hotels pool which was ok. But could have been explained better by front desk.

Pool was closed during our stay. Didn’t know till check in as I didn’t see it on the web site.

Pool was cold and dirty. Bathroom was dirty and had used toilet paper under sink. Couch was broken.

Very poor

When we went to check in the pool was closed the staff was very nasty and there was a girl being let out who was overdosing and couldn't even walk on her own And we had children with us

Okay for a last minute booking.

Location was right off the exit and close to a quick bite to eat.

The original room we were put in had not been clean and we found a bug crawling on the pillow. When we switched rooms we were going to use the pull out bed for our 5th guest and it was very dirty so we opted to put them on the floor. 😞

I’m not blaming the front desk staff I’m blaming the manager! Staff new nothing about the biggest attractions in Jamestown NY. Lucille Ball’s birthplace and burial site(she was born in this town and she’s buried across the street in the Jamestown cemetery across from the hotel!)The National Comedy Center and the Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaez Museum are there also. It would be a good idea to send the staff there and talk to some of the people who work there to let the visitors of the hotel know about it too! And the TV didn’t have ABC, CBS or NBC. WE asked for someone to come up to look at the tv and nobody showed up.

location, easy to find, good parking, clean rooms, pool area was nice!

hotel air conditioning is always an issue, but this one was very loud. A small point but the shower items mounted to the wall in the tub were too close to the shower head, kept hitting my shoulder on them. could have been placed farther to the other end of the tub.

We enjoyed our stay and would certainly considered staying here again.

The food for breakfast was good, but during our 3 day stay, we did not see much variety. The location of the hotel is very central to all the attractions of Jamestown and the surrounding area. The pool was good to have after a day of activities and sightseeing. Hotel staff was friendly and approachable.

There could be some improvements made with cleanliness throughout the facility (pool area, stairwells). We did have to ask a couple of times for clean towels.

Perfect stay.

It was PERFECTLY located. I will stay here again. I travel to Chataqua at least once a year. It was near EVERYTHING, food, attraction, even a car wash!

I loved everything.

It was the most disappointing stay at a Holiday Inn express, and we are gold club members.

The breakfast was not as good as most Holiday Inn Expresses where we have stayed. The sausage was cold and the cinnamon rolls dried out.

First of all we were given a king room, which was good, but then we noticed it was a shower only, so requested a move to a room with a tub. That room had two queens, which was ok. Then later when we tried to fill the bathtub, the stopper would not stay down, so no water could fill. The last issue was the room had a very strong odor of septic or sewer odor.

Felt that faciliities where good but price was too high for a one night stay.

Did not look very good and so we made the decision to eat elsewhere. Most of the hot breakfast items did not look cooked long enough.

Hot items on breakfast bar needed to be cooked longer.
