Calme et reposé

La vue, la situation géographique de l'Auberge est parfaite!! Pas trop loin pour marcher et être près de tout!!! La petite salle a manger est vraiment mignonne, la décoration est jolie, le personnel est super!!! La propreté est très bien aussi

Le petit déjeuner inclus est très basic, seulement rôtie et muffin. Idéalement, ajouté des bagels, du fromage, orange... Il serait bien d'investir un peu dans les chambres du côté Motel, la toilette, tv..

Exceptional

Lovely clean motel. Large room and adequate bathroom size too. It was nice to have the balcony to sit and enjoy. Lovely breakfast was provided with crockery and cutlery available instead of plastic/cardboard as in so many motels. The breakfast room was a beautiful sun room with a view of the river. It was a 2 km walk to the main centre, which was OK too.

Enjoyed the area and pleasant people we encountered.

The location was good. Easy access to restaurants. Etc. Facility was clean. But dated as it was an older establishment.

We were not aware of multiple levels and should have requested ground floor as steps were difficult to navigate. Also no hand holds in shower/tub so difficult to use for myself and my husband.

No vending machines for late night snacks. TV poorly placed. Dated decor. Expensive after taxes.

Rooms need updating ASAP

Convenient and staff was fine The hallway is good and clean

Rooms had picture holes in all the walls, the art and furniture looked as though it came from the salvation army 40 years ago. I found chip crumbs under the bed.

Do not book here

The slowest and lazy reception ever seen! I paid 2 beds and a large room they gave me a single bed and a very small room! I had to go through arguments at midnight, after all i was able to get what i paid. In the morning they charged me even for the single bed room !

Very good

Easy check and check out, large room, close to highway and short drive on the way to Montreal, plenty of towels, free internet, TV. Across the river, saw the migrating geese, basic breakfast.

A beautiful location with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I loved having breakfast by the river, and the weight/exercise room was surprisingly well maintained.

Noisy birds on the river, beautiful to watch but rather loud.

It was the perfect hotel for me to see my son finish his course. It was quiet and the bed was great. It was clean and had everything I needed

It took a little bit to figure out the heat and cooling system.

Bad

You charge an extra 50.00 for early arrival, did not like that. Will never stay again, and will tell all my friends also. In Canada we don’t do things like that. Also room was not properly clean.

I would recommend this hotel and if I go back to Montreal and that would be my first option

In general the place was clean, the room was of a reasonable size for 5 adults. The beds were excellent.

Some of the furniture looked a bit outdated, look old but we wanted the place to rest and sleep and that was accomplished

They don't have elevator, so it is difficult to carry the luggage through staircase up to 2nd floor. They don't have AC, which can be controlled from the room. They have central AC and you can't control the temperature.

It was adequate.

The breakfast was adequate

The wifi connection was cumbersome. A staff member had to come to my room to connect me to it and although I was booked in for two days, my connection was only good for one day. Also I could not get my TV to work. And the stopper in the bathroom did not function correctly and when I got the plug to keep water in the sink I could not get it to drain the water out. Fortunately I was able to pry it open with a nail file.
