The proximity to family and the new bartender was great!
The bed wasn't made well. Seems like sheets and other bedding wasn't put onto the bed properly. The shower doors didn't close, and it took longer than usual for the water to get hot.

It was a lady at the front desk who was nice and tried assisting me but she was shift changing so I couldn’t get any help from her. The location of the hotel was great.
The swimming pool was out of order and the room I booked wasn’t available. The guy at the front desk claimed that the booking agency I used made a mistake and that the room I requested is the room I got. The room didn’t come with a guest room. I was promised one thing but received something totally different. I didn’t like paying for something I did not ask for.

The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, could have used better pillows but it was manageable.
The ac needs a constant fan mode the temperature fluctuations was pretty crazy, but the ceiling fan helped

Clean, quiet, close to my job
Breakfast was not free to all guests. You needed a voucher and I was told it wasn’t included in my rate, that I could pay a fee still to get breakfast. Seems weird that it wouldn’t be available to all guest like most hotels. I paid a fee to stay, not sure why the breakfast would be an additional charge. First time I had come across something like that.

They didn't clean up also didn't stock with new towels and toilet paper for the 2 days we stayed

Location was by EVERYTHING !
The toilet ran every 5 mins which was super annoying. And the sink didn’t drain properly so i had to cut the water on and off while i brush my teeth / wash my face

The room temperature wasn't very good had to move to another room n the next room was a little cooler but very cold...

location was goed for our business, the rooms were very good, clean and comfortable.
The restaurant was dirty, in the breakfast are the floor was sticky and we had to request several times to clean the tables. staff at the bar and restaurant was not very responsive and a bit slow. Bar only open until 10 pm.
