No parking will have to pay like $54 so beware

Towels were clean and smelled of bleach.

Small room, mold in shower, no parking, had to pay $54 for a couple of hours not even a full day at the Gallery Parking. So, this location would be my last choice.

La localisation . Le personnel très sympathique et compatissant quand on comprend pas toujours tout 😂, la terrasse, la proximité du subway, de la gare , Maison Blanche. La salle de sport 24/24

Ok hotel, but rough neighbourhood

Location centre close to convention centre. Onsite restaurant pretty good (breakfast not included in price) and good coffee shops and restaurants nearby

Neighbourhood pretty rough, saw drug dealing in the back alley out of my window, homeless people right outside door of hotel. Didn't feel safe in the evenings. Small rooms, super noisy fan in toilet which I had to physically dismantle - no way to switch off

Good value, dodgy neighborhood.

I've stayed in this property a number of times. Staff is always friendly, rooms are small, but very functional, clean and comfortable. Very good value for the money in DC

The neighborhood continues to go down hill in this area. Travelling for work, by myself - no problem. However I wouldn't stay here with my wife or significant other due to my concerns over their safety while walking down the street near the hotel. DC is experiencing the same safety/security quality of life issues as all the other major cities in the country.

Great value for the money, less than desirable location.

This hotel is a good value for the money. Significantly less costly than other hotels. I've stayed here several times. Always clean, nicely appointed rooms. Rooms are small, but I'm only here to shower and sleep, so adequate for my needs.

The location of the hotel is right near the friendship arch - a rather seedy intersection. People asking for money, hanging around, not a good area. For me (male), travelling alone on business, no issues. For my wife...not so much. I wouldn't stay in this area with her. ALSO, they have a diner in the hotel which used to be open for breakfast and lunch (and made an awesome french toast), now only open for dinner. Would really have liked that breakfast rather then walking down to McD's.

Perfect spot for a short stay

Great location, very close to the metro and walking distance to a lot of main attractions

The faucet in our bathroom was leaking a little bit but nothing disruptive

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The place is small and simple but very welcoming.

I love the location and the customer service. The place was simple but had all I needed. It was easy to check in and check out. They were flexible with early checking as well.

The room was very small. I don't have any big complain but is a simple hotel, good for short stay, which was what I did. It's loud at night but the white noise machine in the room was very handy.

Minimalist micro hotel with everything you need.

Smart layout for a small space. Great location. Prompt maid service. Friendly staff.

I had stayed before but now not coming back

Location

Construction underway- very audible in the room- I was on the second floor. Jack hammering from 7:15 am. A giant cockroach in my room. The front desk was very eager to come help me get rid of it.- their help was a big plus. Too hot on the room. A/C too loud. Lastly, alarm on top floor so loud and long at 11:00 pm.

Worked Out Well

I was down there for a convention. The hotel was very close to the Walter. E convention center, the staff was great. I enjoyed my time there. I would definitely stay there again.

Me encantó y definitivamente volvería.

El hotel queda en una zona muy accesible, cerca del National Mall (para ir y volver a pie) y tiene varios lugares donde comprar comida y un supermercado en la esquina. El baño impecable y la cama muy cómodas. La TV enorme y anda perfecto. Los chicos que atienden en la recepción todos muy amables y serviciales. Sin lugar a dudas volvería y lo recomendaría.

La zona de noche es medio fea pero aceptable de todos modos. Las instalaciones son cómodas, excepto por el escritorio que está muy junto al aire acondicionado y si la persona que se hospeda es corpulenta, le puede resultar dificultoso.

Wouldn't recommend

It was close to the metro and it was clean.

The room did not match the description, there was noise from the bathroom fan keeping us awake all night long with noises from the alley at our window.

PERFECT

everything!! a tad tight but shoot no need for the waste of space!! perfect for a younger couple!!! beautiful modern design very cool bar and restaurant downstairs and an absolute AMAZING front desk staff will make sure to recommend at least 2-3 AMAZING dinner spots came for my bday weekend caught the wizards play my sixers and it was more than perfect!!! deff coming back within no more than three months. AMAZING STAFF

Microhotel room. European sized. I didn’t mind, but some might.

Location is great. Directly across from Metro station.

Loud. No fault of the property. It’s close to an arena, so if there’s an NBA game, you will hear the announcers.

Sehr lautes, dafür zentrales Hotel.

Lage sehr zentral.

Zimmer zur Straße haben extrem undichte Fenster, weswegen es wahnsinnig laut im Zimmer ist und an Schlaf auch trotz Ohropax nicht zu denken ist. Beworbener Gratis-Kaffee war an 2 von 3 Tagen leer Klimaanlage sehr laut Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich gründlich gereinigt.

DC Cozy Stay

The staff at the hotel was friendly and kind. I enjoyed the security entrance of the hotel and that things are walking distance.

Great hotel, not great location

Hotel and room was very clean. Smaller than usual room, but very clean. Great bars and restaurant inside.

Location was terrible. Good for someone going to a Caps game but the location is terrible. Homeless everywhere and cops everywhere.

Nicely done property, and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Location is right at the entrance to Chinatown - lots of restaurants and the Cap 1 arena is on the next block. If you're looking for room to spread out in your room, double check the square footage they list - my room was a queen bed and that took up just about the entire room, so it was small but I was only there to sleep.Some rooms have more space. But it was quiet and super clean and nicely done. The food menu is great, the Crimson whiskey bar downstairs was hopping and the food is quite good. I'd definitely stay here again.

A good place for a short stay in downtown DC.

Very Clean and just what we needed for an overnight stay.

NO ice machine! I had to go down to the bar to get some. A little pricey for an over night stay. Also, the remote is hard to figure out.

Ideal hotel for a quick visit to the city

Staff were very nice and hotel was modern and clean, in an ideal location for visiting the main tourist spots

The air con is our room was super noisy and also overhead when trying to sleep. The rooms are compact.
