Staff were extremely kind and accommodating.
The room itself was nice it just looked like it needed some TLC. Random silver screw in the inside of the shower frame that was protruding out. The lighting in the room could’ve been brighter. Also, the tv in our room wouldn’t work, we just ended up watching on our phones.

The resort was very pretty and well kept. Bed was comfortable and pool area was nice.
Enjoyed the live music.
The only pool service of any kind doesn’t start until 12. I think they could do better by starting at 11. We ordered room service, they said they were out of oatmeal but they still charged me for the oatmeal. The restaurant and food was overpriced and tasted mediocre.

it was nice that the amidites were available before and after check in. Traveling with kids the pool deals on food are better for feeding kids because you get a whole meal. inside everything is separate
wish they had better meal deals when traveling with kids. Especially for breakfast

Room could be clearer, looks a bit old. Charged more than the agreed amount on booking. Never agreed to refund
