I would definitely stay again.

The location was great! It was right in walking distance from the many eateries and since our mission was DC, it was right off the highway to get there. And having a private balcony with a decent view. I wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the rooftop pool. The kids loved the view of the airport.

We loved everything. The pull out couches weren't exactly pullout which made it a little more difficult to sleep but it was fine.

Having work in Washington all week was great to come back to a apt. that felt like mine.

Location was great, easy to reach downtown Washington,D.C. Staff at desk answered all my question

The TV's were limited and older.

The commercial apartment met our needs and allowed us to conduct our business. Very nice looking.

The location was within walking distance of fifteen different restaurants, centrally located near shopping hubs and the food was a good mix of common restaurants up to fine dining establishments. The was a nature grocer only a couple of miles away, plus attractions near and far from the commercial apartment building. The pool view was stunning and the rooftop lounge was something from a luxury penthouse apartment. The building color scheme and the mix of man-made and natural stones were a testament to the level of thought that was used to formulate the building. The apartment was very spacious and the balcony was small but nice. The washing machine with a dryer was a plus.

The furniture was akin to IKEA furniture when referring to the television stand, nightstands, lamps, and tables. While the beds were not of very high quality, however, the mattresses were comfortable. Parking was annoying and expensive. I wish I would have known that your parking lot could not accommodate my 2021 Denali Crew Cab luxury truck prior to booking the reservation. Parking should be included in the price of the stay when an apartment is in a major metropolitan city center. We had to park three blocks from the apartment. The construction was a headache and parking was a nightmare (unless you have an average size sedan).

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend in Washington D.C. area with family. The facilities were great!

Convenient location. Plenty of room. Comfortable. Perfect for family.

The air conditioner didn’t work properly. It said that it was 65 but the temperature read around 75 and it felt 80 the entire stay. Other than that the location is premium.

Apartment is in need of updating. Rugs are badly stained, walls could use a repaint.

Great location and views. Sky deck was terrific, although it was unfortunate the pool closed so early.

The furniture was super uncomfortable and it didn't feel clean. There were scuff marks on nearly every wall.

Adequate. Low budget, sparse furnishings. Not a great value and parking should have been included.

Apartment was not clean. Host asked me to gather linen and run washer! Leaving the keys in an unlocked apartment was not secure and I could possibly be open to loss and liability.

Disappointed

It took me 3 hours after confirming my reservation to get assistance. I was told I had to pay for the room before I arrived. Then for the next 3 hours the kept trying to run my credit card as cash. This caused the transaction to fail. It wasn’t until I spoke with my CC company that I was told this. Upon my check in the room was filthy. I had to wait an additional 2 hours before my room was clean. I then had to wait and addition 2 hours before I could watch tv in the bedroom. Apparently the last guest took the tv wire. Lastly it has been 10 day and I have yet to receive the $300 deposit. The deposit I may add that was not told to me until I was checking in about to pull up to the establishment.

The property itself was nice and so were the associates. I didn’t like the miscommunication.
