Pick up the keys at the property, even though we still had to stop by the office for the papers.

The house was nice. But ran down and in a bad need of repairs. The kitchen faucet was spraying water everywhere. There was no handle in one of the bathrooms to turn on the shower. In the master bedroom the shower floor was wobbly and the faucet was broken. I think either the homeowners just renting this house and don't want to invest or the property managers really not doing their job to keep the house in the working condition. The markup for all the fees you have to pay is more than what you're paying per night. For that kind of money the house must be in the working order.

The location was perfect. I short walk to the trails and very close to the Del Mar swimming pool. The home was very comfortable and relaxing!

The water presser is very low.

Overall it it a very nice place.

The lights in the master bath did not work!
