Decent & clean place, but no lobby or common area to enjoy.

Nice clean property overlooking the lake.

16 miles up out of West Yellowstone. Easy drive but not close to town.

The customer review number did not match our experience, would not stay again or recommend.

The views are spectacular and the bar across the street was fun.

There are signs above the toilets stating they clog easily, we were careful, and the toilet still clogged. We feel they should fix the issues if it’s a known issue. Limited hot water, I was the first person in my group of 3 to shower around 5:30am and I ran out of hot water within 10 minutes. This was in the middle of the week in September, not busy. They sent an exterminator into our room without asking or informing us. Spraying pesticides in our room while we were staying there. They could have let us know, asked us, or waited till we left. The place was sort of clean, clearly the sheets and towels were washed and floor mopped. However, the front door was filthy, the cushions for the pullout were very dirty and heavily used.

Our stay was just ok. The scenery was pretty. But that’s about all I can say was great about it.

The view was beautiful. Nice and cool weather.

Room had a bad smell to it. It looks like it’s an older hotel. We stayed 1 night. The breakfast was terrible. I can eat dang near anything for breakfast. I eat Pizza, lasagna, tuna fish etc. So for me to say it was not good… but there was several things to choose from. I ate like 3 strips of bacon. My husband tried the eggs, sausage etc. He also said it was not good at all. So, sorry for the bad review on the food.

Never again

Location was the only positive. View of the lake okay but out the back window of room a disaster of a junk filled garage project.

Nothing close by for any food or drinks other than a bar we walked into and right back feeling dirty and maybe unsafe.

The Best Hosts Ever!

Absolutely perfect place to take family! My husband and I loved this place. The hosts are very special, hardworking, friendly and treat their guests like family. Everything about the place and location is perfect. The rooms are extra-large and clean. Breakfast is included, our nieces loved the various breakfast selections. The lake view is spectacular, we enjoyed watching fishermen and water skiers before and after touring Yellowstone National Park. You can rent a boat, enjoy the lake like a local. This reservation turned out to be a special highlight of our Yellowstone vacation. We took my brother, sister-in-law and their 3 daughters who live in New Jersey. My sister-in-law had never visited a National Federal Park before. It was an extra special time and vacation for our family. We can't wait for a return stay. Sending warm wishes appreciation and thanks to Lake View Suites Hosts! You are the best!

Nothing negative to say about Lake View Suites. It's an amazing place to stay where you're treated like family if you treat others as you have them treat you.

Views are gorgeous, room is stocked with a plentiful breakfast.

Its a beautiful location, spacious rooms, and clean interiors.

Noise travels through the rooms a lot, especially if there are people above you.

The amenities were clean: floors, towels & sheets- breakfast was pretty good too!

the room was quite dated: needs to be freshened up with paint, furniture, etc. limited supplies in the kitchen- pretty bare! Don’t drink from the coffee maker! Looks like it’s never been cleaned

Beautiful and fabulous for the price!

It was beautiful there inside and out. The inside was completely remodeled and surprised us when opening the door. Loved the balconies out front to enjoy that beautiful view

It was a little warm. There was an air conditioner in the living room and we had to keep the bedroom door open. Not a huge deal

Disappointing

The view is very pretty.

This is a good 20 minutes from West Yellowstone. The room was very basic but not unexpected given it is a bit cheaper. However, when we got there, we discovered the floor in one whole section of the room was soaking wet. It was late so I addressed it with the staff the next day. It wasn't really dealt with or accommodated. We cut our three night stay to two nights as a result.

Such a cute place!

Such a cute place! Location was great, in front of a beautiful lake! Had cute decorations, plenty of supplies, a lot of space. Continental breakfast was delicious!

It could have been cleaner. There were stains on the walls, the vents had not been cleaned in a while.

A very happy time to bond with family in such a beautiful place over looking a lake from the deck.

AJ at the desk was very kind and friendly to our party. His hospitality made the place a welcoming experience. We enjoyed our stay very much. Can't beat fire works and a full moon over the lake to add to the beauty and excitement.

It was all we needed.

Clean up your act and we’d certainly be back!

Breakfast was good and gave us a good start for our long days in the park. The location was ideal and the view spectacular!

Given the view and location this property could be so much more! With extra care, love and upgrades it could be a wonderful rest stop and spring board to long days exploring Yellowstone. The property appeared tired. It was poorly stocked and certainly not as clean as it should have been. No mirror in the bedroom meant that hair had to be dried over the kitchen table; not very hygienic. The outside tables were quite filthy and although advertised as non smoking the smell of stale smoke, masked by cleaning products, was more than evident. A real shame!

Obviously have remodeled in the past few years. The view is great and the breakfast was decent. Best for kids.

Not the cleanest. There was a big smashed on the wall above the bathroom mirror. Stains on the bathroom door and just overall needs touch up paint and a good scrub. Window screens are torn and there was trash in the window well.
