Clean.
No kettle, no hair dryer.
I have stayed in Saas-Fee every year for the last 6 years and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
If you have a kettle and hair dryer what's the problem?
The thing is that this hotel has no hospitality at all.

location
check in was non existent and check out was difficult. No means of making a cup of tea and the decor is 1960/70

The Hotel is very close to the ski lifts and slopes.
Its quite old and the smell of the kitchen extends trough all the hotel floors, not the rooms though.

Best located for the views of the peaks from your balcony!

Lovely people running the place

Super friendly staff, good location in Saas Fee and great breakfast.
The bad room is small and people longer than 1.65cm won’t fit under the shower.

Location
SKI room was very smelly
6.0
Location central and the possibility to use the skiroom from their sister hotel, which is located directly next to the lifts.
I got a room on the top floor, where I could walk around normally because of the low support beams of the ceiling. When you a tall person, don't get a room on the top floor.

The location of this hotel is a short walk away from the ski lift.
Super easy access to the main shops and restaurants.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was fair, enough variety for myself and my girlfriend.
The shower was very good, strong water pressure.
They offer you a depot to put your skis/snowboards in Hotel Burgener or in Hotel Larix.
The hotel is outdated, the rooms were quite small but not a big problem for someone just wanting a bed, shower and breakfast.

Booked Hotel Burgener but got moved to the "sister hotel", The Larix due to The Burgener being closed. This was a very welcome upgrade free of charge. Many thanks to the owners!
The Larix is located right at the bottom of the slope; ski in and out. The bar in The Burgener was open and we went there every day. Great place with great staff.

The location is great. The reception is very friendly and helpful. I like to thank Sophia at the reception who speaks good English and was very quick to the requests of quests. it is particularly helpful that the hotel pick quests up at bus station or parking garage if they come by their private car. This is very helpful for quests who have the ski equipment and bulky luggages for winter.
public transportation in the town could be more frequent and service hour could be longer.

Fresh breakfast, clean rooms, polite and helpful staff

breakfast was excellent and the dining area was lovely.
Ski room was passable. Rooms were hostel like and a ski team of kids were in the hotel so all coridoors were full of kit on arrival making it feel even more like a hostel. The shower and water was very very hot or cold it could have scalded! the furniture was old and scruffy suitable for a kids hostel only. The bed was advertised as double but it was two singles. The shower could not be used standing by a person taller than 5ft

It’s right in the middle of town and breakfast was simple, but good! Beds are comfortable and clean, nice views from room 4. Rooms are small, but quite ok. The pick up service was fast and friendly.
We didn’t have the chance to try Burgener’s restaurant, but we could have dinner at their partner hotel The Larix.

We were upgraded to their partner hotel The Larix which is just outside the ski lifts. Everything was great, especially the views, breakfast, staff, and location

Got upgraded to their sister hotel The Larix.
