It was very clean and comfortable.

For breakfast buffet , there is no drinking water available . We have to go into the gym to take water from the dispenser . I found that very strange ! Also , the gym has a weird smell so it’s probably not ventilated well .

It’s clean, room was very neat and not old. Nicely decorated.Floor carpeting very clean. Can walk around barefooted without worrying you can get fungus on your feet.

Needs extra set of towels, shower head too high to fix the water flow to your comfort.

Duże pokoje. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Najczystszy hotel na naszej trasie a było ich 14. Polecam. Menadżer pomocny w każdym aspekcie. Bardzo blisko do promu na Manhattan i do przystanku autobusowego. Parking i śniadanie w cenie.

Śniadanie mogłoby być nieco bogatsze może o boczek i kiełbaski dla mięsożernych jak my ;)

Not much breakfast options As I have also stayed in a Fairfield Marriott in Cancun Mexico They had the best breakfast options This was just frozen cooked burger patties and the eggs were the worst

Beautiful comfy bed, lovely shower, nice breakfast choices

Our towel seemed soiled (we complained about this). Wish the hotel had more alternative milk options for breakfast, like cashew or almond milk. Some of the night staff could work on being a little more nicer.

The front desk staff was great and helpful. Everyone exceeded customer service and assisted us with whatever we needed. My family and I were very happy with staff.

This property was so accommodating for us! We took a red eye and landed almost 7 hours before our check in time and they were very understanding and let us check in early! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to take a trip to NYC. The bus across the street (the 127) takes you straight into Port Authority which is about a 5 min walk from Time Square.

Great breakfast. Very clean. Nice room with big comfortable beds.

Front desk staff when we checked in did not tell us anything. Everything we learned about breakfast times, ice machine etc we had to figure out ourselves. The wheels on the luggage cart were broken making it very hard to steer. I told that same young man about that when I returned the cart. I needed to use a cart 1/2 hour later and found the same cart in service again. Dissatisfied with this clerk. Second day we asked the desk clerk for info on taking a bus to Times Square and a the clerk on dart then was very helpful, even writing down information to make sure we had things clear.

La pulizia sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. Le stanze non vengono rifatte se non su richiesta. Questo ci è stato detto alla reception solo quando, al rientro della giornata, ci siamo lamentati per aver trovato la camera sfatta, gli asciugamani per terra non cambiati, la carta igienica non rifornita, il bagno non pulito. Ma attenzione ! Nei giorni seguenti, anche su richiesta, con numero della stanza scritto dal receptionist, le stanze non sono state fatte comunque! su 6 notti solo le ultime due, abbiamo avuto le stanze riordinate. Negli spazi comuni la pulizia lascia a desiderare. Segnalo inoltre la mancanza di efficienza della reception. Alla partenza ci è capita una signora non proprio brillante che il giorno della partenza (ore 4 del mattino) ci ha trattenuto mezz'ora perché sosteneva dovessimo pagare il conto quando poi, dopo mille discussioni, si è resa conto che abbiamo saldato al.ceck in. 🤨 il personale dovrebbe essere preparato!

La atención al llegar no fue buena. Quisieron cobrarnos mas de lo decía la aplicación por el depósito de garantía ( 140 dólares y no los 100 que decía en mi reserva).

The property was clean. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The property offered breakfast that was tasty and plentiful.

It was a little further away from where I intended to go. There were no eating establishments close to the property that you could get to without a vehicle.

Breakfast was great! It’s better to get it early to have seats available.

We used bus to go to NY. It’s good but always late from NY to the hotel. Would be good to have another way of transportation closer to chose

Breakfast was very disappointing. Was very disappointed with no one coming to our room to clean up and bring towels. Was told I had to request for that service which I found ridiculous. Paid way too much for this property

I actually have severe allergies and so I let them know that before my arrival, and they made sure that the room was as clean as possible. I love the size of my room. I also appreciated the cleaning staff in the morning. I like that you guys allow for us to tip them with a QR code. The morning breakfast is OK. I appreciate that they keep the area clean. Your staff was mostly friendly. I think the location is pretty weird but it doesn’t matter if your driver knows where they’re going. You guys have a gym that offers oxygenated water and so that is a plus for this hotel.

I would say that the carpets in the hallways could use some cleaning and I would lastly say that I would’ve loved to enjoyed a few more channels on the television.

The room was so clean and the breakfast was great. And special mention to Karen, at the front desk, she was so helpful.

The room was large, the entire interior was fresh and pleasant, and the beds were comfortable. Free parking at the facility is a significant advantage as well. However, the main advantage is the price. You get a place reasonably close to NYC but at a fraction of Manhattan's exorbitant price level.

The breakfast could be much better. Nonetheless, I appreciate that it is offered in the first place; it saves some time searching for a nearby cafe.
