The hotel and staff were great, the guests around us were not as great. Overall a good hotel and fun trip.

Basketball blues

The room was clean and comfortable.

It was extremely loud and there were so many kids that you could not use the pool as they were throwing balls and such. Pool and hot tub. Then they were running up and down the halls playing on the elevator until after 11:00 at night the parents were all down at the wine bar. I called twice to try and have the staff remedy the problem Rocky never handled it. Finally at 11:20 pm I went upstairs to identify the problem after I found the room responsible I went to the front desk and retrieved a staff member and we went to the room and she asked them to be quite please. Soon after the loud people from the wine bar made it into the halls and by 12:00 am it was quite enough to get some sleep. There was a basket ball tournament in town and most of the player and parents were on the upper floors. I think that was a mistake. Plus I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have been hard to keep them off the elevators. Our room was across the hall from the landing. This went on from 9:00 to 11:30 pm

I have stayed at this property many times for business and been thoroughly satisfied. However, this time may have been my last, your team has allowed a elderly person to live in your facility and “take over the lobby“ they use the TV remote nonstop at full volume. And monopolize the entire staff. The elderly person has family and or a caregiver who resides with them or checks in on them daily and they also monopolize the staff, the food service and the communal lobby area. Our room was loud with Neighbor noise until well after 1 AM. At this point I anticipate using a different facility when needing to stay in Walla Walla next for business. It’s unfortunate your facility has turned into an adult daycare and or assisted living facility. You will continue to lose business and or pleasure travelers.

Great hotel, great room and great location!

The hotel is pretty new. The room we had was roomy and comfortable. The hotel was close to wineries, and downtown.

In this La Quinta hotel as well as others, the lighting could have been better. The breakfast was okay, but one day it was cold. I just had juice.

Clean and comfortable with a nice pool and hot tub.

The market was bare of snacks and ice cream . There was a hotel made noise in our room that lasted 10 minutes or so every so often. Load enough we had to turn the tv volume up. It was not a noise from a guest but made by the hotel. Room 222

Very clean, well organized and managed Hotel, good location for roadtrip with dog, simple but good brekfast

You cannot open Windows, its either too warm or too cold when AC kicks in, it was ok, but in Summer I see problems

Pleasant

The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the room very clean. We were happy with the accommodations.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with bacteria in the water during our stay, so no pool use. Additionally, I was nervous about drinking the water.

Excellent facility and staff. Stay here!!

The breakfast was good and the strawberry waffles were killer!! Fab!! The breakfast lounge server was superb.. she had everything clean and neat, and made sure all tables were wiped down almost immediately after a guest left the table. Keep her!! The best!!

The TV channel selector was strange. Took awhile to figure it out.

Ok but family was extremely disappointed that the pool was not operational.

This location has always been our favorite in Walla Walla since it has breakfast and the pool.

The pool was not in operation! Had we known we would not have booked it. It should have been posted prior to our booking.

The health of their guests was compromised so they could continue to make a profit.

It’s appeared clean, friendly staff and good breakfast.

It tested positive for legionnaires disease! See attachment https://elkhornmediagroup.com/legionella-bacteria-sickens-3-in-walla-walla/ As of yet no one has warned or informed of the situation from the property. The pool was also closed during our stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. It was so nice to have a little home away from home while on vacation. There were several gluten-free options for breakfast, which I really appreciate!

The items in the little store were VERY expensive and overpriced.

Great breakfast, clean and quiet room.

The breakfast provided was one of the best I have had at a hotel. They offered individual almond milk which was a huge bonus for me. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

When we checked in for our 3 day stay, we were asked what day would we like housekeeping to provide new towels. We gave them a day, but the new towels and beds made did not happen on that day. Not a big deal - but wish they would have followed through.

The facility was generally pretty nice and convenient for our weekend trip to Walla Walla.

Breakfast was fine, the room was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable.

Pillows were not as fluffy as I like and there were only 3 per bed. There was very little acoustical separation between the bathroom and the bedroom area, as well as between rooms, so it was pretty loud sometimes. Also there were some dogs in the room next to ours that kept barking so I assume the people just left them in there alone.

Beautiful spacious room and very clean! Great breakfast and easy access off the highway! Extremely comfortable bed and loved the large windows!

Wish the breakfast was warmer. Cold eggs and bacon were not good.
