Clean & comfortable.
Rooms refreshed daily.
Nice to have free coffee/tea/water on same floor as rooms.
Short walk to downtown.
Staff were pleasant but not overly welcoming.
Speakeasy & Rarebird were underwhelming - lacking atmosphere.

We love boutique hotels! The Noelle has been one of our fav's for awhile. Customer service is amazing there, very clean, close to everything! They also have a cute coffee shop where you can sip some great coffee while doing somempeople watching.
There weren't many options for breakfast (i.e Plain pancakes or French toast) Coffee was served in a coffee cup not a carafe. The room they placed us in (I booked a superior king) had an uncomfortable bed with no tables (side or otherwise)or chairs. We had to place the room service tray on the bed and eat on the bed sitting sideways :/

The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant and speeckeasy had delicious food and drinks.
Our room was right above the alley with all of the bars and the noise mad sleeping very difficult.

Room 728 too noisy. Carsand motocycles loud pipe noise until 3:00 am.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was unique.
I contacted the hotel to prepay and they ran my card for the prepay amount. Throughout my stay I had an additional $717.29 charges that caused my account to overdraft (was not informed of these and did not authorize these). The front desk staff was unfriendly and told us if our floor didn’t have ice then we would need to go look on other floors for ice instead of helping us. The outside noise in the room was outrageous. I didn’t sleep well one night. We were on the 6th floor and I could hear the next door venue signing songs word for word. I wish I would have saved my money and stayed at a different hotel. The trash was always overflowing in the lobby and the front desk staff would just be gossiping away.

Location was terrible and the food was not worth the price.
We were lied to about the location so we had to pay a taxi. Not fair and I talked directly to the hotel. Not happy I should get a refund this is not how you treat you customers.

Great location, a short walk to Printers Alley, Broadway, The Ryman and more.
Beautiful architecture inside the hotel with fun bars, especially the roof top.
Our room was small, but cozy, comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful whenever needed.

Very modern and clean
Price was a little expensive and there is also a $200 per day hold for incidentals that was not disclosed to us at check in.

Everything. Clean, great gym, comfy bed, automatic blinds, huge room, coffee and water for free. The coffee place downstairs is great too. Location was perfect.

Quirky, big room. Rooftop bar was cool.
The never got back to me about my left laundry. No follow up or return emails.

The location was great. Very nice accommodations.
The shower door doesn’t seal and water just pours onto the floor.

Hotel Noelle is situated in a perfect location right in the business center and within walking distance of entertainment venues and the music center/exhibition hall. The hotel exudes atmosphere and American history. The staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested.
It wasn't clear, even to the reception staff, that breakfast is not served on Monday and Tuesday mornings in the restaurant. However, breakfast was available in the food corner near the reception.

Location excellent, very close to Broadway but not noisy. Historic hotel, stylish, nice staff.
Room we booked wasn't available but they adjusted rate to reflect & comped us breakfast so all OK.
Hydration stations on each floor are a good idea.
All fine, no problems.

Not very clean. Only one bath towel each and very small and toilet paper seemed to be rationed! No one to help with luggage

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and offered a glimpse into Nashville through the years through art. The coffee shop in the lobby has exceptional coffee as well as tea. The baristas do a wonderful job preparing whatever blend you choose. Everything in our room was operated by buttons on the walls. It was so convenient and fancy.
My only quip was the temperature in our room. We had the thermostat set to 68, but it never seemed to go below 72.

Very close to Broadway.
The property was trendy and beautiful. Room was VERY small, bed was stiff, no in room refrigerator or closet. You can hear loud music from the alley bars behind the hotel until 2am.

Good size room with decent facilities
Very noisy room, with the exception of the manager Wesley, most staff seemed to be sullen and disinterested in serving their customers. Hotel main restaurant and hidden bar closed but they still had a conference at the hotel using up most of the remaining bar and restaurants

Location, bartender Dennis in Libby was great. Coffee bar on each floor was very nice.
Additional fees for everything. Early check in after 1pm & we were charged $75. Taxes & location fees on a daily basis. Coffee shop advertised “bagel & cream cheese” for $6.00, but was out of cream cheese. Still charged full amount. Ended up giving me wrong bagel (ordered to go so I wasn’t able to go back to get this corrected). We chose hotel because of “well known” concierge but there is no concierge desk. When we asked about the concierge we learned she sits at a small table in the shopping area. Sadly one of us thought that person was a guest using the table. Another never saw her. I saw her while shopping and thought she was the person who you paid if shopping there. We were never able to connect with her once we found out where she was—but the hotel doesn’t do much to identify her. And yet, every travel blog and article we read spoke of the concierge as the reason to stay at the Noelle.

Our room was tiny, but we loved it. Beds and pillows were perfect. The bathroom was not your standard, unattractive bathroom, it was lovely. The coffee and water stations, that are on each floor, were a treat as well. Nice to be able to choose flat or still water, and use the refillable (and cute) water bottles included in room. The coffee on offer is Nespresso...nice to be able grab one anytime of day.
Dennis, the head bartender, was fabulous.
We went to Nashville, to see at show at the Ryman Auditorium, and we were just two blocks away. Perfect.
not a thing.

Such a chic location with a mix of vintage and modern. Everything you need is right there-coffee, two bars, brunch, and dinner. Oh and a themed pop up bar!
Nothing!

Location was good
Room had no closet and one small cabinet for clothes - no desk or any place to work; offered free coffee but no tea so had to pay $5 every time I wanted tea and didn’t have black tea anywhere in the place; concierge was useless - when asked a question she googled it - I could have done that. Was looking for recommendations; NO AC in room at all; only one elevator worked and usually had to wait a long time. Restaurant very expensive. I am a very experienced travel or and this is one of the worse hotel experiences I have had. Will not recommend or be back.

Immaculately kept property with deep character - in a good way. It’s a special place. Self serve expresso stations on every floor. Everything is beautiful. Marble everywhere. Exceptionally attentive staff. Will definitely return to this hotel.
One elevator was out. Had to use the back elevator but honestly, wasn’t that big of a deal. Back elevator was adequately quick.

Location
Toiletries were not replenished, lift didn’t work and no obvious attempt to fix so very long waiting times, reception staff were not helpful or informed, safe did not work, fixtures and fittings were not of quality but superficially appealing.

never ate breakfast
one of the main elevators was broken the whole trip and it was a problem
