The location was absolutely beautiful. Stunning mountain views and seclusion but only 20 minutes from all the fun and attractions. The cabin was immaculate. Not even a speck of dust to be spotted. Nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. 10 out of 10 would definitely rebook.
The hot tub although definitely usable should have been cleaner.

The location was good , the communication was excellent with the owner ,any questions where answered right away, cabin was nice , the jacuzzi was fun, plenty of entertainment, had lots of pans ,dishes to cook with, not to far from Pigeon forge
It can use a bit more TLC with the cleaning crew, if the owner is paying for cleaning they need to hire a new crew, also no real heating downstairs in the room, was cold make to bring extra blankets just in case, the internet can be better

I liked the ease of the door code & the cabin was very pretty! We loved the hot tub & the pool table!
The cabin had a musky smell as soon as we walked in. We felt the appliances need to be updated. The refrigerator did not cool correctly & was leaking. The dish washer was nosey and it was annoying that the floor squeaked & cracked. It woke my husband up the first morning when going into the kitchen. We also were annoyed that the a/c couldn’t be turned down lower than 70 and the popcorn machine was broken. There was not enough towels/rags and they need to add pool sticks that come apart due to the wall issues. The microwave tray was not the correct fit which made certain things challenging to heat up like coffee & tea.

It is named Mountain Seclusion for a reason! You literally go to the end of the road with only one neighbor who you won't see due to the woods! My wife and I enjoyed the peace and quiet with nature and each other's company.
Was our honeymoon trip and we are both busy people who deal with the public and their issues with our professions.... perfect spot for a quiet getaway with no deadlines or emergencies and no people!
Great hot tub on the porch and jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Lovely cabin decor!
Had a bit of trouble locating the info for the WIFI and signing in. Electronics should be updated so you can access your Netflix, Hulu and YouTube accounts... people aren't really carrying DVDS anymore.

I did like the seclusion and the quiet. The gentleman that helped us was super nice!
The road going to it but it's a small price to pay to relax and not be bothered by anything...

The privacy was nice. It was very peaceful and quiet.
The beds were uncomfortable and I know it was the mountains but there was alot of spiders. Could not sit and enjoy the outside because of the amount of spiders

It was a perfect get away for my family and I. Very quiet no one around. The theater room is great for the kids with the pool table. And the sauna tub and hot tub was amazing! The road was a little sketchy but after we drove it a few times it was okay. (My kids laughed every time the GPS said turn on booger town rd 🤣)

Its a beautiful little cabin with two stories in the middle of the mountains. Its a bit far out of the way, but we loved that. Absolutely Beautiful scenery!
They had some odd requests as to the cleaning. They requested we wash the sheets and take out the trash and such before our check out, so their staff didn’t have to. We didn’t mind, but we thought it was a bit odd.

The property was private and cozy. It had everything we needed plus some. We loved sipping hot cocoa with our kids by the gas fireplace and enjoying some R&R in the hot tub. Mountain Seclusion exceeded all of our expectations & the photos do not do the property justice!

The property owners sent the door codes and also important info we needed to know about the property to my phone the day before arrival. The cabin was beautiful decorated and it was well stocked with a lot of necessities for the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. The cabin was big enough for 4 adults and 1 teenager.
Unfortunately the only thing we did not like was the road leading to the cabin. The cabin is all the way towards the end of the road (very secluded) and the road is very steep and narrow. Definitely scary to drive up, especially at night. And the Wi-Fi is weak. No signal most of the time.

Great location. Quiet and close drive to all attractions.

The location was wonderful and beautiful. Very relaxing. The owners were very nice and communicated quickly and clearly.
The beds in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, sleeping on them caused my husband and I both to have a lot of back and leg pain throughout the rest of the trip.
