Noise… every step from every neighbour was hear. Every day party at room under us, parties till 1:00 and then at 4:30 am… we are totally unsleap.

Everything was absolutely great. The place,the view,the personel all of them was fabolous. I would like to come visit this place again 😁

Apartment was at a quiet spot, curbside free parking and literally 400m from the sea. It had most of the necessary amenities. Good wifi coverage.

We were not met on arrival. Keys were left on the table and door unlocked, however we had to get in touch with host via phone in prior. The single A/C at the living room was incufficient to provide the necessary heat in a cold morning and night. Bathroom had a strong bad odour at times. Shower head holder was nearly falling down due to insufficient screws and poor fitting. There was no wall holder for shampoo, soap, toothbrosh, etc, so we had to leave them in the living room each time we used the toilet and bathroom. There was only a half toilet roll available for a family of three staying for 7 days?! Poor range of pillows, the ones we had were not very comfortable. TV had only german channels.

When we arrived our apartment wasn't ready yet and owner offered us a free apartment upgrade which was super nice of him. The nearby Cala Agulla beach was the best beach we saw on Mallorca, with some great places for snorkeling. The apartment area is relatively quiet, but if you fancy some night time music, great food or cocktails, everything is just 5-10 minutes of walking away. Cala Ratjada is full of great restaurants, bars and shops - if you are bored, there is always something to do just a short walk away. There is also a lot to explore on this part of Mallorca (old towns, caves, lighthouses, beaches,...) and it's super simple and not too expensive to rent a car. We had the greatest time on our vacations and wouldn't mind coming back at all.

Beach is 5 minutes of walking away and can be a bit crowded and loud, but there is always a spot available.

There is AC in both bedrooms and the living room. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower and a toilet. The terrace is very nice. The location is very close to the beaches and there are shops and good restaurants nearby, including frozen yoghurt. We parked right in front of the place.

The communication with the hosts was pretty slow and we did not really know which apartment is ours or how we get the keys moments before arrival. There was no shower gel nor shampoo. The fridge is pretty rusty and the inner light does not work. Overall I would not use the kitchen, but our stay was short so we just used the fridge.

perfect location

Amazing Apt! had everything we needed, was very modern and clean! The host was also really helpful! The location is great, walking from the beach, restaurants, supermarket and other necessities. Clean room, kitchenette almost everything was available in the room.

The location, the host was friendly.

One air conditioner in the living room the other two room without,even with a fan!!. It would be nice to find towels and soap in the apartment.

We were a group of 12 and got split into three different location on Cala Ratjada and only learned about this on day of arrival.

Location is perfect, near to a great beach, stores and restaurants-bars, in a generally quite and beautiful area. Apt is spacy and easy to access. Host very friendly and helpfull.

The apt needs a lot of restoration. Main things need to be changed or fixed. Eg. Windows facades and inside doors were old and not closing or locked easily, Bathrooms not of high standard, Main door lock was very problematic, Kitchen had just the minimum standard, there is no oven for baking something essential for a family, utensills were not proper or enough, Fridge was old and rusty from outside and with no light inside, freezer was full of old frozen ice cubes, there was humid smell in the apt because propably was not enough aired, the balcony was not well cleaned. WiFi is very poor, sometimes not accessible at all. In general the whole apt that we stayed needs a renovation. If they fix it then is a perfect choise.

Location , equipment , comfort, clean

The owners were absolutely amazing, we had some problems on our way and they were very flexible with all, did everything what they could to help us, so I definitely recommend Rosa Mar :) just bc of the people who run it :) Place was very nice as well.

Wifi not working so well, otherwise all great

Large apartment with two toilets, 2 bedrooms abd large terrace. Close to a beautiful beach. Good internet connection.

No dishwasher, no washing machine.

Wonderful location - 3 minutes from the sea; Plenty of space for a big company; Cool patio with a good view on the mountains; Great host that has a perfect English; We were staying in the place during off-season, so it was kinda cold outside - the place has three air conditioners that did their job pretty well heating the apartment;

One toilet wasn't flushing... but there was another one that was flushing perfectly.
