This luxurious detached chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in Bad Hofgastein in Salzburgerland, close to 4 different ski areas, and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The chalet is furnished to a high standard and has a large living room with a seating area, a modern, luxurious and fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, 5 bedrooms (4 of which have en-suite bathrooms), a large outdoor terrace, a ski and ski boot storage room and a relaxation/wellness area with sauna. You can park directly at the chalet. The Gastein Valley offers over 200 kilometers of slopes with 4 different ski areas. The Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel ski area is an excellent ski area for families, freeriders and off-piste skiers get their money's worth in the Sportgastein ski area with its magnificent piste panorama, challenging natural snow ski runs await you in the Graukogel ski area and the Dorfgastein-Grossarl ski area is also a perfect ski area for families. The ski bus stops just a few minutes' drive from the chalet and takes you directly to the ski areas in the Gastein Valley. There is also a snow park and a fun slope here. Bad Hofgastein is a true paradise for mountain lovers and sports enthusiasts. There is an outdoor playground and a slackline park on the Schlossalm family mountain and a large selection of circular hiking trails and bike tours for the whole family throughout the Gastein Valley. The alpine water worlds of the Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein and the Felsentherme Bad Gastein offer pure wellness and in summer the solar pool in Dorfgastein and the Gastein bathing lake offer lots of bathing fun! There are enough shops for everyday needs and a good selection of restaurants right in the town. The property is new, we liked the modern furniture and the fully equipped kitchen The house is family-friendly and suitable for kids, as everything was very clean. The location of the house is 10 minutes walk from the center and the garden, the place is quiet and comfortable.

Wir waren schon in vielen Chalets, aber das war das schönste und die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann viel unternehmen. Wirklich toll!!!

Ankunft war schwierig , wir fanden das Haus nicht. Nr.181 war bei Nr. 122. Das Schild, das zur Nr. 181 wies, war nur von einer Seite sichtbar, wir kamen von der anderen Seite angefahren. Diesen angegebenen Straßennamen hatten mehrere Straßen. Es ging bei der Nr.122 über einen Feldweg hinunter, von der Straße fort zu einer Wiese. Mussten mehrmals mit dem Mann telefonieren, der das Haus säubert, um das Haus zu finden. Es waren für jeden Urlauber nur ein Handtuch und eine Badeunterlage für eine Woche vorrätig. Keine Handtücher für Toilette oder für die Küche zum Händeabtrocknen. Küchentücher gab es ausreichend. Da eine Sauna vorhanden ist, wären große Saunatücher wichtig. Also haben wir alle diese Handtücher nachgekauft. Hätten sie mitgebracht, wenn wir das gewusst hätten. Wir haben keinen Besen und Handschaufel mit Feger gefunden. Ein Staubsauger war da, aber er saugte sehr schwach. Trotzdem lautet unser Gesamturteil "sehr gut" aufgrund der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht!

Er was niemand aanwezig bij aankomst. Onduidelijk of we contact op moesten nemen voor de sleutel. Prachtig schoon huis. Fris beddengoed, ruime slaapkamers en mooi badkamers. Heel mooi uitzicht.

We kenden het huis omdat we het vorige jaar het huis er naast huurden. Ik probeerde via de sleutelbeheerder Mr Leitner de code voor het sleutelkastje te krijgen maar ik zou dat enkel de dag van aankomst krijgen. Die dag verstuurde ik verschillende mails maar ik kreeg geen antwoord. Het sleutelkastje was dicht maar we konden het gewoon openen. Alles in orde dus maar geen vriendelijke service van Leitner

Een geweldig huis op een mooie locatie. Alle vertrekken mooi ingericht, Iedere slaapkamer een eigen badkamer, heerlijke bedden en alles was aanwezig op keukengebied. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Het was fantastisch!
