Apartment in the basement with windows. Its very clean and big enough to stay for a couple of days. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I did a late check-in without problems. On street car parking ( I was lucky and got a front door spot)

The garden around needs maintenance. Wi-Fi doesn't work well. Not related to the flat, but I got no mobile signal at this spot, both Telekom and O2

Liked the drip coffee maker, toaster, very clean modern bathroom and nice big TV. It's a spacious place and the 150cm bed was comfortable.

The phone number listed for the owner didn't work. When we arrived the owner's assistant said there'd be no internet over our 3 day stay. We said we couldn't stay without internet. He rigged something up that worked OK, but was occasionally frustrated with it during the stay. The owner never replied to our emails asking for help nor could be located.

Super friendly host and very nice place on perfect location near nature and also shops

The studio is worth of the money paid, and is properly equipped. But every new dweller must think before taking a final decision: is he/she ready to reside in a basement?
