Go somewhere that the cleaning and other fees are not triple the price of the room.

Property was as advertised. It was rustic but quiet, clean and comfortable.

Didn’t pay attention to the fees charged for one night stay. The fees were triple the cost of the accommodation. There are better options for your money than this place.

It was doable but I doubt that we would stay there again or recommend it

Breakfast was not part of the package. The room was clean and all the needs and accessories for bed, bath and kitchen were available. But it is an old property and definitely well used

The fact that there was no number for an onsite person to call to handle little problems…we had 3 things that required calling the Vacasa 800 number, who then had to call a local ‘fix-it’ person: a tv that didn’t work, no hot water, and no line by line instructions as to how to get fresh towels for our 7 day stay. Also the pass code and entry was difficult which a neighbor guest helped us with

Had A Hard Time opening the front doors, smell mold , animals hair all over both bed ,Both room , smell PROPANE GAS ALL NITE ,had sleep front door nd window OPEN 40 Degree weather. NO NEAR BY ATTEND.

property is ok. they advertised a price of 111.00 and ended up charging me 330.00!!!!! 165.00 “cleaning fee” and a 9% “destination charge”…whatever that is. Total unconscionable RIP OFF. I’ll be taking this to small claims. STAY AWAY.

There was plenty of room for my family.

It says professional cleaning. That's a joke. The room we stayed in was far from clean. Had a bad odor, like wet and moldy wood. There was cob webs everywhere I mean everyone where from it was unbelievable. Everything smelled like dust and mold. Why should I have to throw out the trash and wash the dishes the property basically asks that you clean your own room just leave the sheets on the bed because they got you apparently. I was supposed to check in around 11pmm didn't receive the email on check in instructions until 630 am the next morning. We had to come up with an alternative til we got in touch with someone. This place is not a cabin we had people right next to us I we have a 2 small children full of energy 6 and 7. They want to play and it was hard especially because it was supposed to be fun. The bathroom smells also the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty. Professional cleaning they said. Will never stay again or recommend anyone else. One last thing the grill was disgusting. If it would have been clean with no smell would have been different.

Loved the property and the room. Had lots of historical charm. Will know better how to check in.

Property was well kept and clean. Talked with a few people on the phone about the reservation and they were excellent to work with.

Was a little confused about how the checkin and key system worked. Had to ask someone on site after trying to find the office. Just haven’t got used to online check in procedures-1st time doing that.

Cleaner had dog hair in room. Had coffee pot in room but no coffee. Noise from other rooms.

it was described on Booking as a one bedroom “house” and was in reality just a motel room. the cleaning fee was outrageous for one night - as much as the rental.

Comfy little motel

The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Pricing was cheap and we felt very safe. Walking distance to liquor store and restaurants. Mountain views all around the property.

If you want a hot shower you better be the first one in the row of motel rooms in the morning to do so. We had 4 people and only one person could get a few minutes of hot or even warm water. If our neighbors got up before us and showered there would be no hot water for us.

easy access and easy to get keys. Close to trailhead for hiking.

I left some stuff by accident. Sent email right away. Paid $25 just for the property to be contacted and never heard back.

Feeling ripped off, as we ended up paying the price close to the better places available

Location for us was good. The facilities were adequate and clean.

The surprise cleaning fee which doubled the quoted rate, and there is no staff on site to help with questions. Other guests had to help us. If this is typical, then I won't be staying with Vacasa again

Great stay in a comfortable and clean cabin nestled in a beautiful setting.

Location was great. Facilities were excellent. Booking and website was a breeze. Connected with a Vacasa person by phone with a question and he (Bobby) was fantastic, kind, and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay overall.

The property was great - good location, easily accessible.

The overall outdoor temperature is hotter than normal this year. The units we stayed in didn’t have air conditioners, but did have thermostats on the wall like they did. While I understand that most of that area does not have central air conditioning, it was not clearly stated on the website as such.

Nice place and friendly staff

Slow internet couldn't get much work done but was nice and quiet. Also didn't like that there was no AC at all. I thought I had 2 separate cabins but but didn't expect a motel like setting. Overall it was nice

Pleasant

I liked that it was an easy checkin and out process. I liked having all the essentials for the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the space was perfect for my family.

That we were not told while booking that the hot tubs were closed. That was disappointing for my kids.. they were looking forward to that. Our shampoo bottles were empty. Could use some updating, the carpet needs to go. There should be vacuums in units if their is carpet. And rugs need to be available with all the mud and dirt. And the ice build up along the sidewalks in front of doors needs some attending, it made it very difficult loading and unloading
