Nice place, unfortunately nothing around. In the middle of nowhere. Kiev 30 minutes by taxi. Shop 12km.

I choosed the hotel for three reasons: 1) swimming pool - was there and OK 2) apartment with balcony (we got another room - without balcony, because the room we booked was provided by the hotel to another guest) 3) In the description was Whirpool bathtube on the room - (It was there... but not working :-( ) I arrived at the hotel in the evening and had ordered dinner to my room. Everything was prepared according to the agreement. However, the dirty plates in the room remained for another two days despite visits to the maids!

1. Lighting equipment on the floors was stylized to look like old street lamps with candles or incandescent light bulbs, However, the closer to cold spectrum LED lamps were used that spoiled the whole idea. 2. In the room, there was only one bright ceil lustre with lamps of different light temperatures (photo attached). 3. There was only ceil lustre in the room that was very bright to use at night or when going to bed. There were no bedside lamps that would serve the purpose and would make the stay more comfortable. Because it was either too bright or too dark.

Clean; tasty food in the restaurant; returned money for the spoiled stay fast.

I wanted to give my mother a birthday present - two days of relaxation somewhere out of town with a pool and spa. Having read positive reviews, I chose KNZS. I booked a standard room from February 23 to 25. It was important for me that everything went well, and therefore, a week before arrival, I called to find out if I need to book a spa. They assured me over the phone that there was no need to book and that usually there were no problems with access to the procedures. We arrived at around 4 pm on February 23. In a small banquet room with open doors opposite the reception was a loud celebration - with drunken screams and terrible music. The light was turned off in the hall, everywhere there were rows of chairs, taken out from some banquet hall, there was a feeling that we arrived at the wrong time. We decided not to pay attention to it, checked in and immediately asked about the spa. The girl at the reception said she would give my phone number to a spa specialist and he would call us back. An hour passed, no one called us back. I called to the front desk, the girl said that the person was busy with customers, and would call as soon as he would be free. After about another hour and a half, we arrived at the counter, there was another administrator who called a person from the spa , and he promised to call us back in half an hour. The administrator suggested to swim in the pool, which was included in the room price. He led us to the pool, the door was closed. Busy, he said, and suggested us to come back later. In the next 2 hours I went down 2 more times to check if the pool was free, but it was closed there. Since no one called us from the spa, we decided to have dinner. I must say right away that in the restaurant the food was really tasty, although not cheap. Interior and Music - back in the 90s. In the restaurant there was another company of very drunk people who screamed very loudly.
