the property was lovey had all the facilities! the staff were incredible. the staff were very welcoming we had a lovely prosseco and meat board to welcome us! the staff even dropped and picked us up a couple of times from Bellagio centre as it was hard to get a taxi.

the fact it was very difficult to get a taxi down and the buses didn’t run late into the evening. it was a 40 minute walk up hill down quite dark roads

Exceptional helpful and friendly staff. Great location outside town with beautiful lake views. Parking adjacent. After 10 hours travelling to be sat down with a complimentary welcome drink and snack, whilst finalising paperwork was very satisfactory. Great modernised apartment with quality fixtures and small balcony with views. I

Just to balance my glowing report, the lack of a coat hook in the entrance and extract fan in the bathroom were the only minor negatives.

Guilio is very helpful in getting us around bellagio! We received a warm welcome and everything was arranged perfectly! The location is approximatelt a 30 min walk from bellagio, a beautyful walk on nice days, but when it starts raining the bus is a better option ;) Make sure to ventilate your room well because it can get pretty warm on hot summer days!

Our car front glass was broken, the owner was so kind and helped us contacting fo repair. Paula is super and gave great tips for sightseeing.

Please consider to install some hanging hacks in the shower room.

Absolutely loved the hospitality offered by Julio. He made sure we had the most comfortable stay. The room, balcony, etc. were of sufficient size and very well kept

Large apartment, easy to reach with public transport (bus C30) stop 200 metre from accommodation, beach (San Giovanni) and Ferry also stop close by. Excellent breakfast with great view. Short distance from Bellagio which we prefer. We had a few wonderful walks in the area and a supermarket is not to far away but is a bit of a walk to reach. Good communication.

it was in a good location just outside of the main busy area of bellagio. on one occasion the bud drove past us because it was too full but apart from that it was easy to travel to bellagio and como, although buses run every hour. the shower was nice and there were a lot of amenities in the hotel apartment itself

the bathroom didn’t have a window so could smell of damp.

The location of the b&b is great! The view is amazing and it is really close to Bellagio.

Very pleasant property, lovely and accommodating staff, fabulous breakfast, comfortable bed, cute rooms with everything you need (basics) for a couple night stay. The welcome gesture of a drink and snacks was really nice too. Gorgeous view from the upper garden/deck area.

We loved the location, bar, and view from the room. Facilities were clean, room was spacious, and host’s were beyond accommodating and helpful.

The staff are absolutely fabulous: Giulio and Paola go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I Ronchi feels like a home after a while, instead of just a place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying there. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. We could easily park with the car, and the garden is really pleasant to enjoy a nice view on the lake. The hosts are really nice and welcomed us with drinks and cheese. They adviced us on hikes and made sure we were feeling good there.

It was a little bit hot at night in the flat (a fan was there).

The location offers a very relaxing view over the mountains and the lake, right from the balcony and the restaurant's terrace. Tip: go to the highest point in the garden after sunset so you can see the amazing night panorama of the lake. The bus station is very close to the location so the transfer to Bellagio or Como can be made effortlessly. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the arrival, when they offered us a drink and some cold cuts, to the moment when we left. We really enjoyed the food prepared by the owner and the overall dinner experience. More quiet than the center of Bellagio and Julio is a great host. Recommend it.
