The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, 100 metres far from the beach. You’ll find many shops and restaurants on the seaside. Also, the city centre is just a few metres away and can be easily reached on foot. Sperlonga is a beautiful ancient town with a transparent sea and natural reserves. The historical heritage is made up of many archaeological and cultural sites. The flat is on the ground floor, in excellent condition. It has a 200 sqm garden with gazebo, fountains and an outdoor shower. Deckchairs, sun loungers, tables, chairs and barbecue are available for our guests. Inside, there is a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a toilet. We can host up to 6 people. The house has an independent air conditioning system. Also, it is already equipped with everything is needed for a pleasant stay from the washing machine to the electric oven to the cutlery.
