Situated in Lake Havasu City, this lovely house for R 1,798 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Livin' the American Dream Vacation Home Cozy and clean pool home with contemporary decor and a second livingroom that has been converted into a game room with a pool / air hockey table. The house has central heating and air conditioning, new ceiling fans and lighting in each room and is loaded with amenities including a water softener, cable TV and WIFI. The master bedroom and spare bedroom are each equipped with queen beds and the other spare bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom, living room and game room are each equipped with 50+ inch flatscreen TV's. The back patio has a covered patio, plenty of seating, an outdoor BBQ, and the pool has a water feature and lighting that can be adjusted to different colors which look way cool at night for added ambiance. Below the pool area is a gate to a second outdoor area which is set up for cornhole and a firepit. The 2-car garage with epoxy flooring contains a washer and dryer which are available for you to use as well. Location is Prime, with Southside Bashas' (grocery store) less than 2 miles away and the London Bridge/Channel and Marina Launch Ramp only 5 miles away. The garage will easily fit one large car or two smaller cars. The driveway is large enough for 2 vehicles. The street is wide and there is plenty of parking space in front of your house for your boat or trailer. Be advised: This is NOT a party house! It is located in a residential area with neighbors that have jobs and families. Partying, late-night noise and yelling is absolutely NOT permitted. If this is reported to me or if the police department is called on you, you will be asked to leave that same day. The neighbors have experienced disturbance in the past and they all have my contact information. Please think twice before booking; if your group is loud or if your group is large, please find another place to book. This rental is for smaller, quieter families looking for a relaxing visit to Havasu. The front yard has 2 security cameras, one located in the right corner of the garage and one located on the palm tree. Both cameras are aimed at the driveway/street and are primarily used to see when the guests have left in order to send the cleaning crew over. To protect your privacy, there are no other surveillance devices on the property.

We stayed one month at this property. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Very convenient and a nice neighborhood. Jamie was very easy to work with and very prompt replying to any questions we had. Very accommodating to our schedule. Would stay again if we have the opportunity.

The property was very clean, and access was easy. My One disappointment was the pool table/air hockey. It is one table combining both games and the table was very unstable to the point it could collapse if you had to lean on the table to make a pool table shot. One of my main attractions to the property was the pool table to enjoy some games with the family after a day out at the lake. If I would have known about the pool table status It would have been not my choice to stay.

In all description is right on. My family really enjoyed the stay. The only reason I gave an overall 4 star rating is because I was REALLY looking forward to the air hockey and pool table but it pretty beat up and and not level, so there wasnt much interest in using it. Beds were okay. Really liked it had a dog door. House was pretty nice and was located in a good area.

Jamie was very helpful and communicated quickly. House was in the perfect location for us and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and games with our daughter she asked if we can stay there every time we visit. Thank you Jamie!

THE HOUSE was clean . Although pictures made it look larger. Our disappointment was with the pool table and the swimming pool . The pool table was in a state of disrepair with one of the side braces broken. the ping pong portion or table was in a state of needing to be replaced as there were many cracked and broken parts on the table . Plus had we wanted to play ping pong there were no ping pong balls available to play a game. The swimming pool was a disaster . On awakening on our first full day I went out to the pool to take a swim and lo and behold there were two dead mice in the pool . I fished them out and waited until the late afternoon to use the pool. As I went to use the pool later in the day the pool was full of debris . I tried to use the skimmer net but it had a hole in it , so the leaves, flowers and what ever else just flowed right through the netting. the vacuum did not pick up any of the debris and neither did the filter. In the picture the waterfalls are shown as flowing water back into the pool . Not once in our entirety stay did these waterfalls come on . the property was overpriced and ill maintained as far as I could tell. The list of duties left by the owner to perform before departure was somewhat unreasonable . The only duties not asked to perform was change the bedding ,vacuum the floors and remake the beds. Whoever recommend this property must have been in cahoots with the owner as it certainly was not worth the price we were charged. Not worth i

It was our first trip to Lake Havasu and this was the perfect house for us. Clean and enough space for 6 people and a puppy. Minutes from downtown and beaches.

We loved this property! The couch, beds, outdoor seating, and dining room were all comfortable. The pool was divine. The house smelled so clean when we walked in, which was nice. The dogs happily used the dog door. Water was hot for showers, even with 4 of us showering close together. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here! My boys loved the pool, everyone had a comfy room and bed, the kitchen is well stocked and the Game room is such a nice bonus! We made breakfast one morning, played games at the table in the evening’s, and explored the area, of course we checked out the bridge and the lake! The location is fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. The host communicated with us promptly and was very accommodating! We will definitely be back!

We rented this for my cousins coming to town. To start there we’re rose pedals on the bed (amazing touch). We loved using the fire pit area to catch up and watch the amazing stargazing view. Thank you so much for the stay, this is our number 1 place to stay when family comes to town

Stayed here for a baseball tournament and the annual Parade of Lights in the channel. Quaint house that was within short driving distance to parks, food and grocery. Quiet neighborhood. Questionable choice in decor/ tableware for guests to use. The entire collection of coffee mugs had profane messages on them (try explaining to your 11 year old daughter what a mug that says "UNT" with a blackened C-shaped handle means). Also the words "Hey nice" and a picture of a rooster on the toilet lid in the master bath was also quite special. Having access to park the vehicle in the garage was nice. Pool/Air hockey table also helped entertain the kids.

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. We were in town for a baseball tournament and location was right in the middle of everything. Parks, grocery store, gas stations, London Bridge, etc. Home is comfortable, cute, and in a quiet location. Game room was a hit for all of us, kids and adults. Pool is clean and bonfire space is relaxing. I loved the coffee mugs also :) Will definitely be staying here again!

Overall, the rental was super easy and enjoyable. The house was tidy, appropriately stocked with supplies to cook, and the empty garage and game room was a bonus. We used the garage to park our kayak trailer when out on the town. The game room was a lot of fun, though you can tell the game table has seen its fair share of wear. It was still usable for pool and ping-pong. The pool is not heated. We dared a quick jump in the pool on a 78F day, and were quickly frozen solid (we rented in November). The house was clean, though we noticed a hint of what smelled like a cat in the dining area. Overall, a great stay - would stay again.
