An amazing experience that we will not forget!

Great location, very close to the city center. Jana was very kind and give us many advices to visit the city and live Zadar in the best way. The room was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Large bathroom with every comfort. The balcony was also large, equipped with a table and two chairs that allowed you to enjoy the outdoor space.

Nothing negative, just a little advice: placing a drying rack 😊

Great for a short trips

The room was very clean and spacious. For 2 people there were plenty of spare towels. the refrigerator was ideal for the heat. there was air conditioning but I can't say that it worked perfectly. You don't need to search for a restaurant ever because you're close anywhere which was great!

The air conditioner was not working effectively. Even at the lowest temperature, it was at normal temperature inside, it did not cool down. You have to walk for about 10 minutes for the nearest parking lot. There was a lot of noise due to the location of the room. Especially the neighbor's constantly barking dog can wake you up in the morning. (it woke us up) The toilet paper is pretty lousy, I think you should change that.We were generally satisfied with the accommodation, but if we come again, I don't think we will stay somewhere in the middle of the city.

Exceptional

The location is perfect, it is hard to imagine a better one. The room is very comfortable, I wish we could have stayed longer. The was a review earlier that mentioned the balcony as "unusable", I disagree, we found it lovely and used it quite a lot. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are no big plates/forks/knives, which was fine for us though.

Amazing location! Jana was very attentive and available if we ever needed her. Also accommodated an early check in to coincide with flight times. Would love to stay again.

Fantastic location and superb host

Location was great, amongst many restaurants in The Old Town. The host was very friendly, she was excellent with us! The room was lovely too.

Just book it!

Excellent location! Less than 1 minute walk from people's square in the old town. Big room and big bathroom, nice to have a balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. Very comfy and large bed, nice touches of products and even slippers in the bathroom. Though I didn't meet the host, they were super responsive over whatsapp, and if I needed anything it would of been very quickly sorted. A very nice gesture (without me even asking) they offered to me a late checkout of 1pm, and then also had a space to leave luggage so I could enjoy my last day at the beach before flying. Highly recommend! Thank you Jana :)

Nice accommodation, central but still quiet

Very nice room in a quiet back house in the center of Zadar. The room and associated bathroom are very stylishly furnished and modern, it has air conditioning and everything you need. We got the key without any problems and we could still safely store our luggage on the last day. We will definitely book the accommodation again.

The room was quite expensive by Croatian standards when you think about the fact that it is just a room with no other services and no breakfast.

Lovely accommodation in a great location.

Lovely spacious room in a great location. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Jana was really helpful with directions and instructions on how to access the property and even pre-booked airport taxis for us.

Great central, spotlessly clean comfortable room , I would highly recommend a stay here

Excellent central location but really quiet room just a minute from People’s Square. Easy self check in and great communication from the host.

There was nothing we didn’t like , the only improvement would be a little shelf or something in the shower for shampoo etc.

Great location and comfortable bed

Location of the apartment is perfect. It’s in the middle of the old city. The owner was very responsive via whatsapp. Air conditioning was modern and good. Bed was comfortable.

All was good. I felt it’s pricey for the city ( around 100 per night)

Perfect for a sunny break in Zadar :)

The room was incredibly comfortable and in an excellent location for all the sights in the Old Town of Zadar and the nearby beaches. The hosts were very helpful and easy to contact for any questions about the room or the town. Can't fault it!

perfect location / modern room, clean and high standard

Perfect location for exploring Zadar, 30 seconds from the peoples square. very clean / modern / secure property with every facility you would require and expect. We arrived late into Zadar, the host was very accommodating and aided with a smooth online check in and made everything very simple.

Would have scored higher if it wasn’t for the work going on

Location was excellent

Renovations going on next door , so noisy & very dusty would go back once the work was completed as it is a great location , you can walk to all attractions & the beach, Jana was lovely she organised our taxi to pick us up & drop us off and was at hand if we needed anything

An excellent central base

The Well is a great central base for a trip to Zadar. You’re only a minute away from Narodni Trg (the main square) and five minutes at most from the Roman Forum. We were pleased with the room itself - spacious bed, bedside plugs, smart TV, fridge, excellent shower, fast wifi. It felt like a more luxurious hotel room but you are contained within an apartment block.

The only issue we had was that there was lots of noise from people in the surrounding buildings first thing every morning - people shouting conversations across the courtyard from window to window. If you’re an early riser this probably won’t bother you and I wouldn’t let it put you off.

Exceptional

Great location, just around the corner you got tons of great restaurants, pubs, etc. Best for people who (like us) would like to eat well, enjoy the beauty of old town and love walks thru the small streets full of secrets :)

It's really not common when I simply can't complain on anything! We arrived very much before time and it was not a problem for the owner, we took the keys from the locker straight away after arrival! Amazing customer care!

Superb

Maria was such a great host happy to help in anyway she could we didn't arrive at the appartment till 23.30 but she was there to let us in show us the appartment and the spent over 20 min explaining local food restaurants sightseeing and organised a taxi for us when we left ( btw anyone reading this and thinking Of going to Zadar which is amazing please be aware that if you haven't arranged a taxi from the airport you could be ripped off I was I paid 3 time for my taxi in to Zadar than I paid for the return ) So thanks again Maria

Lovely little apartment right in the heart of the city

Maria our host was great, she is clearly very passionate about Zadar and gave us some interesting facts and local recommendations, these were brilliant and I know that her advice made us have a better holiday. The apartment was lovely, very cosy and clean. Water for us in the fridge on arrival, hot drinks etc. A nice little courtyard where my girlfriend and I could relax and dodge the hot sun for a short while! Excellent air con, heating etc. Locally, The Sea Organ has to be one of my favourite attractions ever! It was great to listen to. The apartment was very centraly located and easy to get to and find. Also, Maria has a storage facility for when you need to leave luggage before your flight - she was very helpful in terms of offering a later check-out and this storage. Maria really helped to make our experience in Zadar more enjoyable.

There was nothing we did not like. It was a little pricier than some other apartments locally but it was very nice so was worth paying. Only issue was could not find a single English TV channel to catch up on news back home or just chill and watch whislt one of us was getting ready to go out. Many of the usual channels appeared blocked, but you don't go on hoiday to watch TV!

Very nice and quiet room in the middle of the city!

We loved the apartment! it is big, very clean and modern and has really nice furniture. The bathroom is also quite big and even has daylight. In general, we loved that the room was so bright! The host Maria organized a shuttle from the airport for us but also gave us extremely helpful tips. Another big plus is that the rooms is extremely quiet but literally in the middle of the city centre!
