We stayed here in mid January. Firstly, we're very happy to be contacted by the hotel via whatsapp prior to our arrival. Its made communications easier and we're so glad we're able to inform them of our delayed flight and our arrival time. So, they were ready waiting for us past dinnertime when we arrived. We got the ground floor room next to breakfast area. Although its not a fully 'cave' room we're still quite happy bcos it means we dont have to climb staircases. What we liked most was the room's heated floor that kept the room warm and cosy. It was truly a blessing as it was really cold outside. We love the location too bcos its by the main road and you can park your car right in front of the hotel. All the facilities in the room works wonderfully. The bathroom was clean and modern, shower has continuos hot water and the towels are new and clean. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable too, not too hard and not too soft. However the terrace was not laid with carpets and pillows (like the pics we saw) due to the snowy weather, but nevertheless the view from the terrace was breathtaking. Breakfast was plentiful and we had no complains at all. All the staff were really kind and friendly. They even helped us to clear the snow from our car's windshield. We're very glad that we stayed at Hera. We highly recommend this hotel to others too.

The views from this hotel are amazing!! The hotel experience is unique, as all the rooms are caves. They are so warm and relaxing! The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The location is pretty central, and the hotel room is big.

The property looks great (intagrammable) and so cozy. They even lit up bonfires in all floors on the night that we stayed there. We were so lucky that the weather was perfect, too. The City center was around 8-10 min walk away from the hotel amd that didn't bother us at all.

The bathroom doesn't seem to have an exhaust.

The room is fine and stuff is so friendly. The breakfast is good.

The location is a little far away from the center, about 7-10 mins walk. And the roof terrace is not the best view if you want to see the balloons in early morning.

Best breakfast had in turkey

I had an accident during our stay in Cappadocia, and fractured my leg. The staff at Hera Caves were extremely helpful and supportive. They arranged an ambulance for the hospital, called the airlines to add wheelchair assistance etc. They were kind to give us an upgraded room at ground floor so that I did not have to walk much with my crutches, that too without additional costs. In a new country to receive such considerate service, is highly appreciated. Thank you to all the lovely staff of Hera Caves.
