We had business in the nearby area of the hotel, the price for facilities was competitive,

Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean. Car parking was good at the front of the hotel. Swimming pool access good, but not enough shade or seating.

The room was smaller and not well laid out. Room decor was not up to spec. Reception was on the first floor and welcome was not up to spec. Normal car parking is awkward under the hotel. Reception on first floor and access restricted during our stay by maintenance on escalator.

I love the price and location and the staffs. And I received a nice surprise in a form of a free breakfast.

The Hotel is probably 7 years old and maybe a renovation will be needed for the lobby and restaurant. For the room, I think it needs a little extra cleaning.

(-) - Toiletries kamar mandi kurang lengkap, contoh : tidak ada sisir -TV otomatis nyala sendiri, cukup mengganggu karena harus dimatikan scr manual -Makanan saat breakfast tidak terlalu beragam -Mestinya disediakan handuk kecil pada tempat gym -Tidak ada welcome drink -Tidak ada laundry bag sehigga sulit ketika mau laundry

2 star facility at 4 star price

Location is bad. Not near to anywhere. Nearest indomart is about 500m. The mall is abt 2km away. Definitely need car. Carpark is dark with super narrow isle. Room is not big and carpet is dirty. It doesnt even have wardrobe. So no bathrobe for sure. They only issue 1 card per room of 2 pax which created so much inconveniences. Very minimum toiletries. Only toothbrush n 1 tiny comb. No hand towel, no face towel, no shower cap etc. Shower head angle is stuck so its not adjustable at room 1908. They uses cheap soap and shampoo. Better bring your own. The $12 breakfast is misserable. No meat item at all. Only sausages and egg. Many carbs items. Fruits are just pappaya and honeydew. Coffee machine broken on day 2 (i stay 3 nights) so no cappucino and all. Swimming pool is filthy. And they decided to clean it on saturday morning when its weekend and many kids want to swim. Afterward they decided to close the pool completely. As for the rate, they charged different rate for the 2 exact room i booked and they said it from booking.com

Great hotel with great price, love it. Definitely will back again in future time.

1. Happy and enjoy with variety and quality of breakfast, congratulation to the chef and team. 2. Room setting for twin room with additional extra bed/sofa genius idea, suitable for family trip. unfortunately only stay very short day.

As 4 star hotel overall good, only minor cleanliness there is a spot at flat sheet. Sensitive issue Arrive at midnight have problem with signage your hotel. Lost entrance then make long turn 1 more time, Need clear signage that visible while driving. My opinion this one of weakness from Fairfield Mayjend Sungkono.

The room was spacious for our family suite, our extended family can meet and have small gathering there. The buffet for breakfast had so many varieties and it tasted decent,

The hot water wasn't working, but they sent people to take care of it fast.

Overpriced for the state of the place

The bed was so comfortable, and the room was quiet and cool. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Left me a cute towel-dog creation and handwritten note.

The pool area was disappointing, there are only 3 sunbeds and it is basically in the shade all day. The prices in the restaurant are very expensive, and don't include a very high tax and service charge that is added on after. Not a lot of options on the menu either. The hotel is generally not in a good way with stains on carpets, marks on the walls and mirrors. Overall I don't think that it should be priced so high per night considering how run down the place is!

this was a terrible place. I would never stay there again know what I recommend it.

not clean. not a great place. restaurant was terrible. worst meal in the 3 1/2 weeks we were traveling in Indonesia.

rooms, restaurant, towel, smelled like cigarette smoke. Even Walley asked for a fresh set. The sheets were dirty and stained.

Can be better and cleaner

Staff was pleasant. The bed was quite comfortable.

The room has a smell. It's not very clean but passable. The towel had a cigarette smoke smell which was rather disgusting. The telephone in the room was not working so I had to go to reception when I needed something.

Our first room had some damp issues but we were shifted when we told reception about it.
