OTHER SIMILAR APARTMENT IN R / C OF THIS CODE house- - 1198556 With 1 bedroom (with double bed), dining room, living room with sofa bed (open bed with 1.40 x2,00), fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher , induction hob, combined heat accumulator (100 lt), electric oven, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, coffee bag machine, juicer, blender, blender, mixer, iron and iron ) and bathroom with bath, heating and hairdryer. The house has to have two heating oil, drying and springs. It also has linens and towels as well as beach towels and umbrella. Access to tvcabo and free Wi-Fi. In stay longer than 5 nights, it offers Reception Kit 'Welcome' (consisting of foods such as bread, biscuits, juice, milk, water, etc.). It also has bed and child eating chair. There is parking outside and in front of the apartment. Lovely apartment with very welcoming and accomodating host. A high chair, cot and baby bath were all provided when we went with our one year old. It was in the perfect spot with a short walk to the beach/Cascais centre. The kitchen was really well equipped and a washing machine and drying rack avaliable too, and the apartment clean and fresh. The host was so helpful and offered us early check-in and late check out, which made it so much easier for us with our travel arrangements. Would 100% recommend/stay again.

The property was well located in the historic center of Cascais , close to restaurants and close to everything there is to see in a Cascais.
Mario is a very friendly host and the property was perfect for our needs. It is a complete apartment with a full kitchen and even a washing machine.
I could come back and stay here for longer. I highly recommend it.

Clean , bright and 3 minutes to beach. Close to many great restaurants. Mario was a super host. Mario was fun to talk to , always available , even ran into him on the beach. He will give you great advice or leave you alone. Apartment was very well equipped and very clean.. Would stay here again in a minute.

Everything you need in Cascais!!
Great place, fantastic location! Mario is a sweetheart, who sees to your every need. This apartment is just outside the bustle, but the bustle (and the beach) are only steps away! It's perfect. The place is completely remodeled so everything is new and clean. We loved it!

Charming Cascais
Mario is a wonderful host. He picked us up from Lisbon airport and then gave a tour of the surrounding neighborhood. The apartment is in a great location… within walking distance of the beach, grocery store, restaurants and nearby attractions. Mario made our stay memorable!

Quality apartment
Being a "mature" couple, we've stayed in lots of apartments through the years. This one is up there with the very best. It has everything you need in terms of appliances, cutlery, crockery and much more. The long terrace is a real bonus, with sunshine from 3 till 7pm May/July. The bright apartment is beautifully put together with quality fixtures and fittings.
Very close to everything in the old town and a good old fashioned mercearia is about 30 paces away. Restaurants everywhere around.
The hosts were as described in previous reviews - brilliant.

Mario and Cornelia were excellent hosts. Mario was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the stay, including at check-in and at departure. The apartment is in excellent condition and in a perfect location - easily walkable to beach, restaurants and center of town. I would definitely recommend staying here. If I am ever back in Cascais, I will definitely do so.

My wife and I spent 5 days on this apartment, and it couldn't have been better.
The location is just great. It's 2 smalls blocks away from the heart of Cascais. All restaurants, bars, beach and commercial area. Still very quiet during the day and night, so you will have a good rest anytime you need it.
A note for people who would need a little working space: While staying I had to work for few hours during the nights. Used my laptop and the apartment tv as secondary monitor and it was perfectly comfortable. The apartment has plenty of space for two people.

My wife and I spent 5 days on this apartment, and it couldn't have been better.

Mario and Cornelia are amazing hosts. They greeted us warmly and provided some basic groceries which was most appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice to sit in the sun on the balcony in the late afternoon. The bed was very comfortable but the apartment could use improvements such as more comfortable sofa and chairs to sit on, improved lighting and a cozier decor (it was very starkly and simply furnished, dorm-like). The rooms are small and boxy, not open concept, but there is good natural light. The location was central and convenient yet quiet, with a great little grocery store down the street.

The kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice to sit in the sun on the balcony in the late afternoon. Connie and Mario's lovingly run peaceful holiday apartment in the heart of Cascais centro historico, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of interesting eateries and cafes in the surroundings. A small supermarket right next door. Upon arrival we found fresh bread, ham, cheese, butter, milk, juice, water and vinho verde in the kitchen. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated and very well equipped, the kitchen just perfect. Everything works great. Beds comfortable, bedding and towels fresh and fragrant. Cleaning and linen change once a week, which was a wonderful thing for the holidaymakers. Afternoon sunbathing on the balcony and having fun sitting in the evening watching the stars. Mario gave us a little sight seeing tour as we came in, which helped nicely get started in the rambling alleys of the Old Town. Cascais is a lovely little beach town with easy access by train to Lisbon and bus to Sintra. Connie and Mario are a charming and always helpful couple, many thanks to them. This place can only be recommended.

Paradise in Portugal
We have stayed in self catering accommodation all over the world and this was without doubt the best equipped and located. The cleanliness cannot be matched. There was nothing that this property did not provide. I wish I had that much storage space in my kitchen at home! The whole property is much bigger than the photos look. We loved using the large balcony for an evening drink or morning coffee. The welcome tour that Mario provided was exceptional and really helped us to find our way around and the hidden gems of Cascais. He and Connie are too modest, they are exceptional hosts and have real skill in what they do. Thank you to you both- we look forward to seeing you and Cascais again.

Best location in Cascais
Very clean apartment within steps of all the great restaurants and the beach and main shopping area. Mario and Cornelia are wonderful in making sure their guests will enjoy their stay and they will eagerly provide great suggestions of where to go or where to eat. We had a wonderful stay here. As you are very close to the sea you will hear the seagulls in the early morning hours. You do get used to them however. We recommend this apartment for 2 or 3 people. Thank you for a memorable stay

Home Away From Home
The owners, Mario & Cornelia, cannot do enough to make you comfortable. If you do not choose to stay in one of the tourist hotels, this the perfect place. Once you learn the streets getting to the beach, and/or anyplace else in Cascais, is close & easy. Mario is a treasure. Corny the quiet support. All Cascais experiences were fantastic.

Perfect spot in Cascais
Clean, modern, well-equipped, quiet and close to everything wonderful about Cascais. Cornelia and Mario are perfect hosts: accommodating an early check-in, meeting us upon arrival, giving us an orientation/walking tour and local recommendations, ensuring we had a perfect stay... our only minor issue was of our own making: traveling with so much baby gear that getting our luggage up and down the stairs took extra help... which Mario effortlessly provided. (We hardly needed to unpack much of it since a nice baby sleeper and high chair were already waiting for us.) Don’t hesitate to book this charming apartment... we hope to return ourselves someday.

A great place to stay in Cascais. No need to rent a car. The apartment in itself is great and easy to walk to everywhere. What makes this a standout is the service of the hosts which is above and beyond. Mario gave us a walking tour when we checked in and recommended a number of restaurants and things to do. We did them all. The fish restaurant nearby is fantastic and should not be missed. The fish there was amazing. Mario also went out of his way to help us as we wanted to revisit the chapel where we had got married 28 years ago which is kept locked. He succeeded where we had not in getting the key and making that happen. Obrigado Mario! Don't hesitate to book this apartment for your stay in Cascais.

Perect Location to Cascais
When we arrived we were greeted by the landlord with some food and drinks before we could go shopping which really worked after a long flight. The apartment is perfect for 2 people to stay. The location was only 2 streets from the main area of Cascais and the beach. They are many really good restaurants near the apt on side streets that are not in the main square that are wonderful and the people who own them come out and talk with you to make sure it is all good. Don't be afraid to take this apartment the landlord was really nice and always there is needed and even set up a ride back to the airport for us early in the morning since we had been here before we knew we did not need our car since parking is at a premium and hard to find.
