Breakfast and location was 10 out of 10. Extremely happy with the cleanliness of the property.

I was not made aware of the fact we had to share the facilities with other guests which made it a little awkward. The fridge and freezer were both completely full so we were unable to store the food we intended to cook for dinner.

Fantastic value for money and amazing room! We had the master suite, which was a large size with 75 cm TV and massive bathroom.

Breakfast was good, but fridge needed some attention.

The property is fine. Clean and tidy. Staff were very good. Advertising was a little deceptive as we thought it was separate detached units not all in the same building. We are not into communal living and as such would not use the facility again.

Absolutely loved my stay. Communal lounge and kitchen is amazing and bedrooms with ensuite was spotless clean, confortable and much bigger than what I expected. I have a large car so parking was a little tight but there is a spot across the road that I found easy.

staff were friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were clean. kitchen was well appointed. Location was convenient but on the main road and not easy walking distance to the beach.

Doors were not sound proof so people in shared space were loud. there was not a pleasant space to sit outside. no aspect ( window looks on to fence).

Room very comfortable plus outdoor setting pleasant. Bed comfy and bathroom great.

Breakfast was adequate but basic considering what we were paying. There was only one wine glass and a couple of water glasses (for 4 people plus visitors) in the kitchen; no bottled water available. Our co-tenants invited 4 guests for dinner which meant we had little option but get out of the kitchen/dining room. Luckily it was nice outside!

No B staff on site property seems to be managed by helpline and cleaners. Window were locked and there were no keys. The air con did not work. the living room and kitchen areas are shared and using them disturbs other guests. Other guests leave their dirty dishes around. The washing machine and drier were full of laundry being done by the cleaners. The breakfast is help yourself from fridge and shelf - really not good. The property is on a main road.

Didn’t realise how communal it was until meeting a couple staying in the same place. Not a bad thing though as there are separate lounge rooms to hang out in.

The breakfast was continental there was plenty but we thought it was going to be a cooked breakfast as stated in other reveiws.

it would have been better if there was staff there to greet other guests ,in the other accomadation at the property we actually had to tell other guests how the property worked .

The shower had good water pressure.

We were shocked to find out that this was a ‘shared’ house with other guests dominating the living area, making us feel uncomfortable and confined to our bedroom. Directions for what was free for us to eat in the kitchen area were not clear, so we didn’t end up eating anything. The microfibre towels weren’t very nice to use and the sheets smelt like there was residue perfume on them. If we had known that other guests were staying there, we would not have chosen this property for our stay. The listing was a bit misleading by not clearly stating that we would be sharing the property with strangers. This property would be good for larger families and friends holidaying together, not for couples who expect privacy. The high level small square windows that accessed our bedroom from the common areas was a bit creepy.

Owner is not on-site so we didn't benefit from local knowledge. We would have preferred a cooked breakfast rather than continental carbs. Located just a little too far to walk to foreshore and town centre - had to use the car.

The facilities were very good and the room was larger than normal and there was a communal lounge dining room and kitchen.

There was no on site host, there was no room servicing over three days (no replacement of tea and coffee supplies or fresh towels). Had to ring the manager to have sugar in the kitchen and room. Very overpriced for what we would expect from a traditional type bed and breakfast.
