Localização e limpeza.

Estrutura do quarto ruim. Colchão fazendo barulho, parecia que as molas estavam quebradas. Porta do banheiro tô quebrada. Baratas no quarto

Péssimo custo benefício

Da localização

Péssimo custo benefício, pois pagamos diária de R$400 para 2 pessoas em troca de: colchão desconfortável, roupa de cama e toalhas de baixíssima qualidade (lençol manchado e toalha muito fina), quarto sem muitas estantes/ suportes, cozinha com poucos utensílios (panelas, pano de prato) e não muito limpa. Não tem gerador e a energia da Ilha acaba com frequência.

Tranquilidade e organização

O ambiente é bem agradável, os quartos possuem maior privacidade que em outras hospedagens (com varanda e rede). Cozinha compartilhada bem equipada e equipe muito boa. Possuem varal individual por quarto e estantes para organizar itens. Wi-fi e frigobar também estão inclusos Lençóis limpos

Banheiros muito pequenos e com umidade/mofo, não possuía toalhas de rosto para secar as mãos ou sabonete. Acrescentaria uma televisão, melhoraria a limpeza do chão pois encontramos com areia e trocaria a tampa do vaso por uma nova.

Very quiet at night, but the rooms are mouldy and smell badly.

Very good

Great location! Cosy room with good working facilities. Shared kitchen was great and well equipped and the staff were so sweet!

Bring earplugs as noise carries!

Good location (Abraao is small in general, so almost any location is good). Very nice cat Fogadinho!

The place is smaller than appears in the pictures, could be a little cheaper since it doesn’t have features like breakfast or pool.

Nice and peaceful near the centre of Abraao

Biergarten Suites is a very peaceful courtyard just 100 yards off the main road. It's near town but quiet and peaceful. It has a really nice kitchen. When we had a problem with our shower they sent a man to fix it in 20 minutes which was great. the room had good air conditioning though a bit noisy. The room had a private bathroom. When we arrived after a bad journey the staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke good English.

The bathroom could have been cleaner but really it was ok. There were two pet dogs at the hostel which would be bad if you had an allergy perhaps.

Lovely stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here over Christmas. It was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was lovely and warm. The communal areas were really nice and made for a really nice relaxing stay. The open air kitchen was perfect for cooking any meal. The rooms were cleaned everyday by the lovely hotel staff. I don’t speak much Portuguese and I had no problem communicating with the staff as one of the receptionist spoke English. Everyone who worked there could not have been more helpful. The location was perfect and near the beaches, restaurants and bars and 5 mins walk to the pier. I would 100% stay here again.

very cute, great location, comfortable enough beds

I wish there were more comfortable seating arrangements in the common areas. The best Wi-Fi was there, but the seating areas could be better than a uncomfortable chair made out of string and those wooden benches with no backs.

We liked the location of Biergarten Suites - its in the center of Abraao.

The room and the bathroom was little. In the bathroom there was mold. Breakfast was not included. The price is quite high for the offered service.

Very good

Beautiful hotel with hammocks outside the rooms, perfect for chilling out in. Rooms are clean and well set up for two and were cleaned daily. Location was convenient. Beautiful greenery around and a very friendly cat.

Very loud at night from street noise and guests sitting in common area until early hours with music and talking. No one around to request them to keep noise down unless other guests do it. If youre a deep sleeper potentially not a problem but kept me and my sister up 2 out of 3 nights. Overall would still recommend and we may have just had bad luck with this.

Good value for money, nice cats on the property

Good location, 5 min from the pier. Clean, comfortable bedroom. The cats on the property are great. Nice common area with tables and common kitchen. The facilities are clean but they sometimes have an old feeling.

The staff didn't speak much English not Spanish, most people spoke Portuguese only. It lacked some introduction to the island, basic information on what can be done there should be provided by the reception. I hoped for own hammock but only some rooms have them in the patio. The walls of the apartments are very thin so if you have a family with kids close by/ loud neighbours it will be difficult to sleep.

overall this is the best place to go on the island, for the price and the amenities it’s definitely my favorite. I will

I’ve stayed here multiple times now and only have good things to say… The people who work here have great service and are good people! always welcoming and friendly! theres a cat-dog who runs the place, absolutely sweetest cat I’ve met in my life. You can expect the rooms to be cleaned and Maintained regularly, white sheets and fresh towels on request. there’s a nice public kitchen with ice trays and filtered water.

the only downside is how early they close the kitchen, like people can’t go in and make themselves a little snack in the middle of the night. or watch tv.. but they will allow you to get water from the filter if you need.

well maintained rooms and they clean often, the people who run the place are very welcoming and friendly!

we wish there were two more pillows in each room.
