Due to the ongoing COVID situation we wasn’t able to visit the property. Called them so many times to let them know about it and ask for refund/credit if possible but nobody answer ever.
Such a poor hospitality that you don’t even respond to your customers.

Luxury permanent tented camp, well appointment rooms, very very very helpful and accommodating staff. Tents spaced relatively far away from each other which provides privacy and reduces the noise . Views go forever...
Old glory,good service but overpriced.
Far away from Seronera airstrip , it takes about 4 hours to get to the lodge from the airstrip.
