The location was unbeatable. Truly a ski-in ski-out location. Perfectly placed a few steps away from Bellevarde Express and the rest of ski facilities in that area. Ski /boot area in downstairs entrance is perfect. A perfect place for those that enjoy the slopes from 9am to 5pm straight. Also gives chance to return home or resume skiing at any point during the day (tired children, lunch, bad weather, etc...)

There was indeed a little noise from the Banana's Tex Mex bar next door as well as from people leaving slopes later in the evening but nothing too major unless you are very noise sensitive. Bedrooms had a faint smell of cigarette smoke although its supposed to be a non-smoking property. Bit of a pain to have to strip the bed linen from beds at the end of booking as per their instructions.

Location is very good - Very close to lifts Though small, each bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Sauna within the chalet

Poor communication. No handover, host spoke no English. Our flight was delayed, although I emailed to update her she claimed not to have got the email and so she was not there to meet us. The locks were very stiff and we had some difficulty getting into the property. We finally managed and got the knack of the tricky locks. Bedding was extremely worn. There were only 2 pillows per double bed and no spares. Beds were very basic and uncomfortable. The living room did not have enough sofa seating for the whole group. There were only 2 x 3 seater sofas in a chalet that should accommodate 10 people. A few armchairs are needed.
