Spacious bathroom, good breakfast.

Booked 7 nights in a “Luxury Apartment” promising many features and facilities. In reality very few were available. We had to specially ask for a table and chairs for our “dining area”. After asking several times, on day 2 we were given a dirty coffee maker. On day 3 a dirty old kettle. Oven was advertised, none existent in our apartment (room 7 in main hotel). When we asked which streaming service is available on the tv (as advertised) the receptionist told us there is none, it just means WiFi. WiFi was unreliable. Washing machines with limited availability and in dirty utility room (see pics). Apartment was not on ground floor as advertised, not detached. Food: Iberico pork was cold, undercooked and underseasoned. Schnitzel was ok. Staff were largely unhelpful and not very friendly with maybe 2 exceptions. Whole place is dirty, messy, shabby, run-down, disappointing and not as advertised. Definitely would not recommend.
