Personnes de l’accueil manquant d’empathie ( lors de notre arrivée) et passant son temps sur l’écran et non à s’intéresser aux arrivants. Le reste du personnel a été très pro.

Para empezar, si llegas en coche, no puedes aparcar en la puerta ni para descargar y lo tienes que dejar en el parking de enfrente. Si quieres dejar el coche en ese parking tienen convenio y si no lo puedes dejar en el parking de ellos muy estrecho (14€ cualquiera de los dos). Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma urgente, y los baños más, que parecen de una pensión y no de un hotel de 4*. Las camas, una tortura. La insonorización de la habitación nula. El hotel no cuenta ni con cafetería ni con bar

No place to stop in front of the hotel to unload luggage, no restaurant in the hotel.

Parking car was not in hotel..but outside was parking...should be informend bij booking...was not clear.

Just about everything, especially the bath

For a triple sharing a double bed for 2 of us wasn't ideal but it was very big.

The bed in the Superior room w/ balcony was huge! Great location, easy walk into the city centre. Hotel staff were helpful. The mini fridge was a plus given the heatwave.

Our toilet was missing the seat/lid and there was no shower curtain which meant you had to hold the shower head otherwise the whole bathroom would get wet. Rooms weren't very soundproof.

The abusive 30 € that I paid for 2 pugs of 8kg each, for an old fashioned hotel which has 4 false stars, when there should be only 2 hanging on the entrance hall. I refused to sign a document about having pets, it was a kind of ridiculous statement about keeping your pets far from everywhere except your suite. The hotel pretends to be pet-friendly, you can not even have breakfast with your leashed dogs or leave them alone in the suite. I was single client paying a 'deluxe double suite' in order to have room, what I found was an over furnished room with 3 beds! Horrible view and just a slim corridor towards the bathroom. In a town where turists only have an interesting museum, in comparison with Catalonia Muntaner 4****Junior Suite in Barcelona centre, yep, I expected at least a quick check-in and not begging for a parking at that rate! Hotel President is not pet-friendly and expensive choice for what it offers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful The room facilities were excellent, a very large double bed (very useful in hot weather), a good sized bathroom with complimentary toiletries and large towels. The overall decor of hotel is very impressive and interesting There were a good range of options for breakfast.

Even though is was easily accessible and secure I was disappointed that I had to pay €13 per day for parking

the staff! and the parking price. the breakfast was also ok.

The noise, you car ear the next door guests. we had a balcony and it was very dirty with pigeons poop.

Very comfortable and in an ideal location. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. We were lucky to find the back entrance to the car park as it fronts onto a busy road. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay again.

We only had one set of towels which we shared but thought remiss.
