Great Stay! Franceso at reception, was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. He suggested us dinner at hotel restaurant, and it was very good. We had the oportunity to dinner 2 nights. The menu changes every night, and they use only fresh ingredients. Chef Domenico was always very attentive, explained the dishes, and make great meals. The Hotel has been renovated, and the room room is spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Special thanks to Francesco, Domenico and his wife Giovana.

the property is far away, they didn’t have space in the parking lot, and the only reason we booked that hotel was because of the parking, they didn’t allowed us to book before hand, the personal was the worst, rude as they come, we asked for a cancellation without the charge as we had a rental car and we couldn’t leave it on the street blocks away from the hotel, they said it was our problem for using booking. I would not recommend this hotel for anybody, it was expensive in the only ugly part of the city. honestly they make me unsure of using booking again, they should not have been his property in their page.

The standard of the hotel is better suited to three stars than four. Room comfortable, clean. Location outside of the strict center, but was fine for us. Peronel nice and helpful.

Breakfast, of course, mostly in the Italian version, which is all sweet or even very, very sweet. There were elements of the "normal" breakfast, but there were very few of them - the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold and the bread a little dry. In my opinion, breakfast in a 4 star hotel should be much better.

Great hotel, good breakfast

After a day walking up and down stairs in the main historical part of town, it was a long walk back to the hotel - though it was too close to get a cab.

Modern Hotel with subterranean parking. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, all facilities perfect apart from the small shower. We had dinner, which was very tasty and away from the group of bus tourists, who were noisy. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Didn't bother with soggy pale bacon and rubbery fried egg. Only one coffee machine, be aware. It's about 20 minute walk from hotel to the edge of the sassis. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice modern hotel, close to the old city but has the advance of parking facilities onsite. Very friendly staff, the lady on reception was especially friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 1 night. Nothing special about this hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was ok. Location 20min walk to Centro Storico. Personell is friendly. What you see is what you get.

Staff do not speak English, which is weird for a 4* hotel. Facilities are for 2-3* actually. Overpriced!

The restaurant facility, room too cold

Hotel is appx. 20 min walk from Sassi. Room was big. Breakfast was a little complicated because of the covid-19 measurements and fact that staff did not speak English. But with some help of hands and few Italian words we have managed to order appx. what they were offering.

I would appreciate more variety of fruits at breakfast. They were offering only apples. The whole breakfast process was quite slow but we were on a holiday and had time.
