Good breakfast, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Viking (buffet) breakfast was very tasty, above average for a business hotel. The curry had fresh vegetables added to it. The miso soup had chopped round onions and fresh buna shimeji mushrooms in it. The kombu you can add was fresh, not dried. Large egg, boiled to perfection. Five different types of salad dressing. Bacon was typical limp Japanese style but was tasty. Good frothy orange juice which tasted like it was freshly squeezed. Again, an example of how the standard of living in Japan is well above any other country in the world. In Hawaii, cheapest hotel room is $200/night, plus $50 hotel tax and $40 for parking. No toothbrush/toothpaste, soap/shampoo, pajamas, razor or all-you-can-eat breakfast. I paid around $45 for this Route Inn room!

Hotel is a bit hard to find. In a back street and there is no large 'Route Inn' sign you normally see in their chain of hotels. Room was a bit small. You can open the window if you find the heating is too hot.

Convenient and adequate for an overnight stay.

Great location not far from the train station. Room was very small, but that’s Japan!! Breakfast was quite good.

Everything was mostly in order and the staff were very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were also very professional and punctual.

My biggest complaint is that the hair dryer wasn't really useful since it barely worked and that the room smelled of smoke even though I chose a non-smoking room in my booking (might have been a miscommunication so I don't mind that much). Also, there wasn't enough legroom on the toilet.

Low quality hotel with a high price.

Location close to station. Located in an area full of clubs, so you can have a night life if you want.

Room size was very small. All the amenities like furniture, refrigerator and bathroom utilities were old and worn out. Bed was not so comfortable. Breakfast could have more options with better quality.
