The room easy Really hot. Really Tiny room. Not clean Full of insect. The receptionist didnt speak in English.

The room was clean and nice but it did not match my needs: the guy at the reception doesn't speak english, they don't accept credit card and the commissions for foreign tourist are high at the bank. There is no restaurant nearby, as they write on Booking, and there is no breakfast in the morning. I was travelling by bike so this was a problem to me.

Owners that are very welcome. Level of service and breakfast made in real home style. For sure this is a good place to have some rest and spend time in quiet place close to all atractions of Faak and Worthersee. For car enthusiast that wants to visit GTI Treffen - perfest solution.

The building is a bit cold, but the rooms have heaters, so it’s not a problem

For our purposes (car photography at the Wörthersee GTi meet it was ideal. It's out of the way of most major traffic jams but close enough to reach everything in a decent (even if sometimes unpredictable) time frame. The owners are wonderful and easy to get on with people looking after your every need. Breakfast is good and even can be taken outside in the garden (weather permitting). There is parking on premises which is really appreciated and (since it was still a bit cold when we where there) the heating was warming the room and shower room very fast. You are 5 minutes drive to Faak am See and maybe 17 minutes to Velden at Lake Wörthersee

Since we are location independent workers, we rely on WIFI a lot. We where this time already working ahead and where glad since the WIFI wouldn't have been good enough for us to work. We understand however that this might just be due to the fact that they just had some changes done and we stayed over a weekend. So WIFI might have been totally different after the weekend.
