Located in Estero Island, this attractive house for R 8,816 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Mid Island Beach Access, 4 B/R, 2 full baths 1 half bath, Sleeps 8 (air mattress available for children), Private Pool Beach Access home at Fort Myers Beach, Florida. (just 4 minute walk to Ocean Access #16), across the street. Located in a more sedate family atmosphere, this lovely vacation getaway has all the amenities and is just a short 4 minute walk down to the beach or a very short drive (also walkable) up the road to some good food and entertainment. This stilt home comes with all the comforts and conveniences of some of the best resorts available in Florida. The full and newly renovated kitchen (November 2020) has every appliance needed along with an outdoor dining area on upstairs deck overlooking the private pool. Below the deck is another seating area and grill for some outdoor fun. You will love the heated pool and spa in your own little gated paradise. It is fully equipped for family enjoyment or just that quiet time needed to get away for a bit. Upstairs there is 1 King bedroom with flat screen and 3 Queen bedrooms. The open floor plan includes a dining room, kitchen and living room. Downstairs is an open area for a pool hangout that has a half bath, wet bar and seating areas to relax. Wi-Fi and password will be available in the home upon arrival. (Posted in binder on table) The entire property is fenced with 2 gates. Its very private pool and outdoor area so, if you have children you will not have to worry about them wandering off. Fort Myers Beach is apart of Lee County's Estero Island, a narrow strip of land that is one mile wide at its widest point. Though it is best known for its near perfect climate, abundant sandy beaches and ideal location for enjoying a wide range of water sports, this city offers much more than just a beach break for the vacationer. There are a number or bars and restaurants that cater to the needs of any guest. From a fancy dinner overlooking the ocean to a bachelorette party looking to "burn the midnight oil", there is plenty of experiences to be had on Ft Myers Beach. The location of this home will not disappoint. This is also a great spot for shelling, boating, kayaking, bicycling, jet skiing, parasailing, swimming and of course, just taking a nap and getting a tan. You can rent equipment right there on Estero Blvd. At Ocean Access 16, where you go over to the beach, walk left and the rental place is on the beach. There is a Publix Grocery within 1/2 mile, a library, marina, small restaurants, and the trolley stop is beside the ocean access #16 which you can ride up and down Estero Blvd. on for a minimal fee. Ride down to Lover's Key one day - you will thoroughly enjoy the trip. You can catch a ride on the trolley. Since Estero Island is very narrow, you can walk to the back bay and there are many uninhabited keys within the bay that play host to hundreds of different species of birds, plants and mammals. We enjoyed our stay at this house! It’s conveniently located with just a short walk to the beach with a crosswalk. There’s plenty of parking and the pool was great.

Whole Family vacation
The location of the house was perfect for a short walk to the beach with our 3 and 5 year old grandkids. The open kitchen and dining made family meal time enjoyable. The deck and pool area provided sun and shade throughout the day. Jesse was very responsive to any concerns we had. The listing doesn’t mention the downstairs is not accessible from inside the house. The master bath water pressure was very low. There were a few minor things that could be fixed that would make this house perfect, but our stay was very enjoyable.

Keys were not left at the property and we had to contact VRBO directly to resolve the issue because the property manager on the listing did not respond. I did hear back from another property manager, however, and he was very helpful. The only other complaints would be that the pool cleaner did not show up and the trees around the pool shed a lot of debris. Also, there is no indoor access to the downstairs from the upstairs so you have to walk outside to get between the two levels. I give this place 4 stars because I couldn't have asked for a better location and the pool area was like a private oasis. Excellent neighborhood as well. Overall we had a good stay.

Had our annual family vacation here. Plenty of room for four families with young children. Location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of pool and beach paraphernalia in garage. Overall we had a great time. We all agreed, however, the house could use some updating and maintenance. The beds and couch need to be updated. The couch sagged in back and there were exposed staples on top where the back was pulling away. Everyone complained about their uncomfortable bed.
The house also had some maintenance problems.
Refrigerator leaked from the bottom.
We had to buy light bulbs to replace a number of burnt out or missing bulbs.
Very low water pressure especially in master shower. Shower door off track in the other shower.
Musty odor in lower lever. Improved with dehumidifier and A/C on but never really went away.
Unable to regulate hot tub/ pool temp.
Loose railing slats on back stairway.
Overall, I felt the house was dirty when I arrived. Even the coffee pot had still had a thick brown film left from previous uses.

Great location.
Floors were not clean and one of the showers had bad water pressure. Nice to have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on the same floor. The property needs a little TLC. The spa never got warmer than 87. The owner was responsive about issues but the pool people never did get it fixed the 18 days we were there. The location works great for short walking trips to the beach and only a 3 minute drive to Publix.

So many good things to say about this home. Communication from Jesse was timely and all necessary info was provided for a smooth check in . Location of home is mid island close to trolley stop and very short walk to beach. The layout of the home was ideal for my family. We enjoyed the pool table and loved the tropical feel of the pool and backyard. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, wagon, kitchen supplies are provided. I would definitely stay again if we return to Ft Myers Beach next year.

Perfect house for my family
So many good things to say about this home. Communication from Jesse was timely and all necessary info was provided for a smooth check in . Homeowner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. He was super nice and I would rent from him again. Neighborhood was nice and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. The trolley was not reliable. It never came when it was supposed to. That made going anywhere difficult but we did Uber. The house is nice but could use a few updates. Some things are kind of beat up and the pool needed swept but over all it was a great house. The pictures of the basement area make it look much nicer than it actually is. We enjoyed our stay with those things being said

The walk to the beach is quick and easy, even our 2 year old was able to walk there and back without any trouble. We absolutely loved the pool and spa and spent hours and hours in the back yard area. The downstairs was perfect for our teens to stay up late playing pool and watching TV. Our group of 10 was very comfortable staying here.

Great Mid-Island Week!
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Upon arrival we had a little hiccup with the key not being where it was specified to be, but Jesse got right back to us when I messaged and we located it quickly.
The walk to the beach is quick and easy, even our 2 year old was able to walk there and back without any trouble. We absolutely loved the pool and spa and spent hours and hours in the back yard area. The downstairs was perfect for our teens to stay up late playing pool and watching TV. Our group of 10 was very comfortable staying here.

Fantastic Vacation Home in Close Proximity to the Beach
I can't express how overall happy I was with the experience we had at "Sweet Dreams". There was a small hiccup with the initial visit , but Jesse responded quickly and that was resolved. I stayed here with my family (mid20s-early 50s). The house was only 2 blocks from the beach, and there were a lot of beach towels/toys at the house. We were south of all of the traffic on the main road, so we could avoid it if need be. The house was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you Jesse and company for the great experience!

Overall the property was exactly as described. We had three families with kids ages 12-17. The downstairs area was perfect for the kids to hang out, play pool, watch TV and sleep. The upstairs rooms and bathrooms were very nice and the sofa bed worked well for one of the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we ate in a few nights and breakfasts. We loved the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was easy and very convenient. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at this house again.

Overall the property was exactly as described. We had three families with kids ages 12-17. The downstairs area was perfect for the kids to hang out, play pool, watch TV and sleep. Home for Family Wedding Stay
It was so nice to have a home large enough for our family and provide all the amenities needed for a week stay. It was wonderful to be able to walk around the corner to the beach or relax in the comfort of your own backyard.
