Great location and friendly staff

Brilliant location to the Leaning Tower and our view had lovely views of it. The staff were very welcoming and friendly- they work very long shifts so they do very well. The breakfast in the morning was basic but still had a good variety so couldn't complain. Room was clean.

The shower was tiny so we really struggled to shower in it and because you couldn't really fit in the shower cubicle with the door shut, water went everyone. The air conditioning is only on for certain months of thr year.

Excellent stay!

The beds are very comfortable. We stayed in 5 different hotels, and this was the most affordable place, and it had the most comfortable bed. The staff was extremely nice with the exception of one person. Mirko was amazing and went above and beyond to help us by explaining things to us as this was our first time in Italy.

It was a little further from the Colloseum and other attractions. than I thought it was.

The room was gloomy and old. No glass in door on balcony, me and my partner were bitten it pieces by bugs and what we think we're mossies

Perfect

I loved everything bout this hotel. It is 5 mins walk away from pisa tower and all the atractions. The stuff very helpful and nice. Rooms clean, nice breakfast. Id deff come back.

A comfortable base right next to Pisa's main sights

A comfortable room and right next to the square with the Leaning Tower

Steps up into reception and then more to the lift made it difficult with our pram, but we were able to leave the pram in reception overnight. Breakfast was quite basic

Ideal for a short stay!

Excellent breakfast with excellent service! And very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa!

Room was spacious and clean, but furnature may be up for renewal.

The location of this property was good and the staff where friendly.

No running water in the room, aircon not working despite it being 39 degrees outside. Balcony doors where broken and slammed open and closed all night. It was so hot it was impossible to sleep and the balcony doors not closing made me feel quite unsafe in the night. Did ask to change rooms but no others where available.

our first time in Pisa and the hotel was good but the staff was AMAZING would definitely return

the location was unbeatable, in our room we opened the balcony and the views were amazing

for the price we enjoyed everything about our stay maybe the bathroom in one of the rooms could be a bit bigger. it was hard to shower
