Excellent value for price, great location!

Perfect location close to the station and to the old city center. Staff was super friendly and spoke 3-4 languages easily

Everything was good! We would have loved to have a minibar or something of that sort to keep water fresh etc.

trop près de la voie de chemin de fer.

La gentillesse du personnel, être à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville.

Les nuisances sonores liées à la voie de chemin de fer collée à l'hôtel, et l'insonorisation intérieure des chambres, car nous entendons ce qu'il se passe dans les autres chambres. Les gérants ne sont pas commerçants, ils ont refusé d'annuler notre dernière nuit alors que nous ne pouvions plus rester.

Le poste de télévision qui n'est pas positionné en face du lit... L'impossibilité de trouver une place de parking à côté de l'hôtel avant 17/18h00...

Muy buena ubicación

No está muy lejos de la estación de trenes, tampoco hay que caminar mucha distancia desde el hotel para llegar al centro de Colmar, además hay un pequeño supermercado cerca con el que puedes comer algo rápido.

La habitación era algo pequeña para estar totalmente cómodos con las maletas grandes, quizás está más pensado para unas maletas de mano

Mala experiencia

Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia. La salida de emergencia del hotel se encontraba dentro de nuestra habitación, por lo tanto encima de la puerta de salida había una luz verde indicadora que estaba durante todo el día y la noche encendida (adjunto foto) lo que hizo imposible poder dormir bien. Cuando al día siguiente baje a hablar en recepción para poner una hoja de reclamaciones la chica ni se interesó por saber cual había sido el problema que habíamos tenido. Además, el hotel se encuentra al lado de las vías del tren y en esta habitación concretamente se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los trenes ya que no está nada insonorizado, algo que también dificulta bastante el descanso. Por aportar algo bueno, hay aparcamiento en la misma calle y está cerca del centro andando.

Es un hotel muy básico que cumple bien con la limpieza.

Esta delante de las vías del tren con el consecuente ruido durante todo el día, habitación muy pequeña.

salle de bain, propreté limite. traces noires dans le receveur de douche , moisissures de quelques joints de faïence. La balayette des toilettes doit avoir 15 ans d’âge.

Comfortable for short stay

The room had everything we needed, including the bathroom. Everything was clean. From walking distance to the train station.

A little bit noisy, it makes a lot of noice when in other rooms someone showers or flushes the toilet.

10/10 absolutely incredible stay

Bathtub! Elevator! AC! The staff was amazing and didn’t mind my poor french! Close to the Gare! They also held my bags so i could explore before my train.

Train is mildly loud but thats what you get for a hotel so close to the Gare. No lost points there for me!

the hotel is very close to train station, close to the old city centre which is a very touristic area. bed was confortable, the room was very clean, the staff was nice. we bought the breakfast for 11 euros and despite that other people in comments said that was not worth it, i can say that I liked it. indeed scrbled eggs or bacon (or any other earm breakfast food) is missing, but there is plenty of diverse food and it is very good.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was very close to the train station - the trains were running right next to the hotel, great for train spotting but could definitely be heard from inside the hotel.

The room was dirty when I got there with pubic hairs in the bathroom and brown water running from the taps. When I asked the receptionist for a blanket, I was told they didn't have any available and asked why I would want one anyway. The breakfast was substandard and all of the corridors smelt very heavily of smoke.

Good value for money

Location was great, not far from the city center, not far from the train station. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent!

In our room there wasn’t any kind of carpet or something like that, so floor was constantly cold. At least one pair of slippers would solve that problem.

Nice hotel very close to the train station and a 10 min walk to Colmar old town.

It was very close to the Gare Colmar and the old town, easily walkable. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Bath tub in the bathroom was a plus! Good for a warm soak after walking around town. The staff were all very pleasant.

I'm guessing the walls were a little thin or maybe made up of wood boards since you can hear some chatter from next door. I was woken up by the vibrating alarm from the guests next door 😅.
