Manager and employees very kind and ready to help with any sort of suggestions about the countryside and places to visit. Nice wellness area and good dining rooms with plenty local specialities

Very good location in the middle of the city with walking distance to everything including the cable car up to the mountain trails Alpe de Cermis (+2000m).

Nice room in classy restoration of old building, as would be expected for a 4* hotel. Central location. Good wifi. Good reasonably-priced evening meal in restaurant. Good breakfast
Up several flights of stairs, which might be a problem for some. Seemingly no heating. Otherwise no problems.
