This place is perfect. It is super clean and well maintained. The breakfast is good. And the family which owns it is just the nicest. We had a very late check in (despite the fact that the usual check in hours are only till 10pm) and the owner personally met us in front of the hotel and helped to carry the suit case to the 3rd flor. Every one else who we interacted with were super nice and helpful, very pleasant people. Location is also hard to beat - ski lifts, hikes, restaurants - everything is close by.

This was the best accommodation we had in our entire trip in Austria and Italy. Everything was spotless clean, and the room was big and had a small balcony. The lady who takes care of the Villa is very kind and helpful. Also, the location is very good: right in the center of Selva di Val Gardena, but not at the main road, which makes it very quiet and comfortable.

Fantastic B&B. Spotless. Comfortable beds and blackout blinds. Great location for hiking trails and local restaurants. Tremendous hospitality. Free parking. Lovely host. Healthy and tasty breakfasts and coffee. Would absolutely stay again. 5 stars.
