I liked Mira and Josephine. They were very helpful. Also, it was nice to have a little kitchen and hairdryer.

One difficulty - upon leaving, we were left quickly at our car with no helpful directions on how to start the journey to our destination. We had a very difficult time getting out of the city. Very stressful.

The location was fantastic, and the hotel was charming (rooms on the smaller side, but charming). What made my experience excellent was the staff - the people at reception went out of their way to be helpful.

The TV controls were impossible to figure out.

Perfect Location inside the Old Town - few Steps from all interesting Places, short Walk to the Promenade, all best Restarurans and Wine Bars around, and simultanously very quiet Place. Luxury Apartment with all necessary Equipment. Very nice and helpful Staff, fulfilling all my Dreams and Requests. Luxury Transfer from the Airport - and everything in reasonable Prices and on the highest Level of Service.

I don't see any Issues for Improvement. We had unfortunately too short Stay - but we'll be back soon.

This is probably the nicest hotel in Split for sure!! The location of the hotel inside the old city was so convenient for restaurants, sightseeing, and just walking. However, the cleanliness of the hotel, the hotel amenities, and the included breakfast were superb and truly 5-star!! Also, the hotel staff and management were incredible and went above and beyond the norm to assist us with our luggage and to transport us to the Split airport for our departure. This is truly a wonderful and beautiful hotel that made our experience in Split memorable!! We will be back and we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split.

The hotel was in a prime location. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I love how comfortable the bed was and l’occitane stuff for the bathroom was a bonus. The decor and the size of the room was also excellent.

Great location, clean and quiet, with great service. Covid testing came directly to our room the day before leaving. So convenient. Perfect place to end our trip.
