The perfect location for a relaxing, peaceful, comfortable and cosy stay.
The location was perfect; a quiet, secluded cul-de-cac with communual gardens. Walking distance to quaint high street on the right, new forest on left. It was peaceful and relaxing. The little touches gave a personal touch and was very thoughtful: bread, milk, welcome card and a bottle of wine to a well equipped, clean and comfortable stay. We will definitely love to return.

A fabulous place to stay to see an array of sights suiting all ages and tastes, an eclectic holiday
The property provided everything we could possibly need, a home from home. The location was fabulous, as you leave the driveway on foot turn left and you have some amazing walks in the New Forest, turn right and you are 3 minutes from a. great selection of eclectic shops and a brilliant butchers. We had some amazing days out to places like Beaulieu motor museum and gardens. the day ticket can be used once more (within 6 days of purchase) to visit all attractions again (we did). You also have a ticket provided for use as many times as you like for 12 months, but only for the Motor museum and cafe (can be upgraded to cover all of the site for an additional fee) this is if you do gift aid, which helps the charity. Bucklers Hard was a gem of a place and we had a river ride for $7 as we are pensioners, great photo opportunity and history lesson. We had a day visiting the Mary Rose in Portsmouth, a fantastic exhibition, followed by a river trip around the naval docklands. We used the Park and ride (excellent) buses every 12 minutes and a choice of destination and pickup. $4 for bus only but if you pay an extra $2 you get to use the ferry as well. The payment is per car, not per person, so an excellent stress free journey into the centre of Portsmouth. Hurst castle was another great day out. Instead of walking along the gravel for over a mile we chose to get the ferry from Keyhaven which departs every 45 minutes. We stayed at Hurst castle for some time and it was a warm day. There is a cafe?can selling basics hot drinks crisps etc, but we took our own picnic with us. We saw lots of other places from the comfort of our delightful cottage. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance and also the opportunity to get takeaway meals if needed. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack including Stephs homemade marmalade, such a delight. We will definitely be looking to come back to stay in the future.
Nothing, not even the weather! Everything from the moment we arrived fitted into place EXCELLENT

Amazing nothing negative to say.
It was perfect in every single way. Although there was no garden after walking, cycling and get getting the bus throughout our week chilling on the sofa was more than enough. The facilities we perfect and the setting in Lyndhurst was also perfect.
There was nothing we didnt like

Excellent holiday.
The location was ideal, easy access to main routes. With limited mobility, I found that the location of shops, eating places, and public parking were within easy reach. The accommodation is first class with everything you could need being provided, and a quiet location. A lovely, very welcome hamper with delicious marmalade, and even fresh fruit was there for us. 10 out of ten. Thank you.
