About this house rental
Located in Porches, this lovely house for R 1,561 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This lovely old farm house has been totally renovated for maximum confort, especially for winter with its wood cheminée, heating in the bathroom and its towels dryer. A stairs in " colimaçon " leads to the mezzanine, equiped with 2 single beds (2nd bedroom) a large garden,with BBQ, automatique gate, for maximum pravacyand sécurity. What else to ask..... We accept pets with the prior acceptance of the owner.

We had a really great stay and time in Pascals accommodation. Pascal is really nice, respectful and always reachable. If you want, he gives you a lot of tips where you find beautiful places to visit or to see. The house is clean and you have everything you need. We missed nothing and enjoyed the time really much.
A car is definitely necessary.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pascal’s house. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet, in a great location not far from beautiful beaches and from the Algarve’ s interior. It also had a very nice garden. Pascal was a very helpful host. We recommend it highly.

We had a stay of one week at Pascal's house. There is nothing you could miss - the kitchen is well equipped, the space big enough, the house cozy.
The mattress could be replaced some day.
The house is good accessible, the pictures does not match the reality - it is even better :)

Excellent location, walking distance to popular beaches and a couple of really nice restaurants, short taxi to carveriro, within easy reach of sagres, tavira and monchique by car.
Pascal was lovely, met on arrival and gave information on the local area.
The place had all amenities that you would require and was nice, clean and tidy.
Place was nice and cool inside.

Liegt ideal um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Pascal ist ein netter Vermieter, hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Das gemütliche Haus liegt an einer kleinen Straße, die zum einem kleinen Strand führt, deshalb ab und zu doch etwas Verkehr. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Algarves ultimate at Caramujeira
We had a wonderful stay at Pascals villa from Feb 14 to April 11, 2022. The location is set in a beautiful combination of private homes on large acreages and walking distance to the beach and cliffs.
The property is very spacious with an enclosed garden giving complete privacy.
Pascal was an awesome host and we will be back.

I loved my stay at this house near to the beach. Pascal is a very enthusiastic and hospitable host who lives in the other part of the house. This was very convenient when needing him and it made me feel "safe" as I travelled alone. The house has a separate gate, which can be locked. Location is very quiet and central to explore the Algarve. It has everything you need, including a large private garden, which offers you much privacy. Next time I will visit the Algarve, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot Pascal!

Nous recommandons vivement cette location tant pour la maison en elle même, beaucoup de charme dans un endroit calme avec de fabuleuses promenades dans la garrigue pour avoir le privilège d arriver dans des criques presque désertes avec du sable vraiment magique. Séjour inoubliable
Pascal nous accueille chaleureusement en nous parlant des lieux intéressants à visiter qui ne se trouvent pas nécessairement dans les guides. C’est génial. La maison est bien située pour visiter l’Algarve. De magnifiques plages se trouvent à proximité. La température est idéale à l’intérieur de la maison, donc nous n’avons pas eu besoin de climatisation. Le BBQ est très apprécié pour faire des grillades portugaises.

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist wundervoll ruhig gelegen, abseits vom üblichen Tourismus und doch sind Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, etc. schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, hat einen wundervollen Garten mit einer schönen Terrasse und Außengrill. Ein Platz, an dem man sich gerne aufhält - Ruhe ist gleich Glück.
Herr Girard ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der sehr bemüht um seine Gäste ist und sich jederzeit als Ansprechpartner anbietet.
Ein Platz für Individualisten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tout pour réussir d' excellentes vacances
Cette petite maison est vraiment bien située pour découvrir l'Algarve ,dans un quartier résidentiel.Proche de très belles plages et de paysages grandioses,elle est d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipée.Le jardin est magnifique et bien clos.
Il y a des supermarchés à environ 10 mn en voiture , de nombreux marchés dans les communes environnantes et pour ce qui est des restaurants c'est l'embarras du choix que ce soit des restaurants que l'on peut qualifié "pour touristes" mais également d'autres proposants de la cuisine de qualité.
Pour ce qui est du propriétaire , Pascal, il est en effet charmant , avenant et donnant de très bons conseils , merci à lui !
Nous avons passé trois semaines des plus agréables et le seul point un peu gênant a été l'aboiement des chiens dans les environ.
Je recommande fortement pour un couple qui souhaite passer de très bonnes vacances reposantes mais néanmoins découvrir cette magnifique région.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Portugal verbracht. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen, stilvoll gestaltet, ruhig, schöner Garten und bietet alles was man braucht. La atención de Pascal un 10 ,dándonos una muy buena bienvenida . La casa cumplió con creces nuestra espectativas : bonita, muy tranquila ,cerca de muchas pequeñas playas (las más bonitas del Algarve en mi opinión) y con el extra de un terreno cerrado que nuestro pequeño perro que disfrutó y nosotros con él.

Platz für Individualisten
Wir (Ehepaar, Ende 50) haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Ruhig gelegen, weit ab von den Hotelburgen inmitten eines kleinen Ortes. Erholung im Garten und am nahen Strand. Das Haus ist älter hat Charme und Charakter, kein "Ferienbungalow" in einer Anlage (das war der Grund für uns es auszusuchen)
Das Haus ist für 2-4 Personen geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, sehr geschmackvoll und bequem. Die Terasse mit Grill hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der Garten ist sehr hübsch gestaltet. Selbstverständlich war es sehr sauber, Wäschewechsel nach 1 Woche. Herr G. ist sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend - ein perfekter Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Un endroit charmant, bien situé, qui a comblé tous les besoins de notre famille québécoise : 2 parents et leurs 2 ados. Maison propre, bien équipée avec suffisamment d'espace pour tous. Belle cour extérieure. À quelques minutes de superbes plages. Un accueil des plus chaleureux du propriétaire, Pascal, qui a donné de très bons conseils pour bien profiter de la région. L'Algarve à son meilleur!

Cette quinzaine nous a permis de poursuivre notre découverte de l'Algarve. La maison et son jardin clos sont toujours aussi agréables pour passer d'excellentes vacances au calme.

Nous sommes revenus dans cette maison que nous avions louée il y a 5 ans déjà , notre séjour a été des plus agréable .La maison est toujours aussi bien entretenue avec même quelques améliorations . Quant à son propriétaire Pascal , égal à lui même, accueillant et toujours de très bon conseil ( resto, marché, balades et plages magnifiques bien sur !)

Location très propre et très confortable située dans un endroit calme à proximité de plages et falaises magnifiques (20 minutes à pied).
Le propriétaire Pascal très sympa est à l'écoute de ses locataires et renseigne parfaitement sur les sites a découvrir.

Une superbe villa très bien située à quelques pas de l'océan et de la côte magnifiquement découpée. Nombreuses balades possible sur les falaises avec des panoramas époustouflants. De bons restaurants typiques pour déguster du poisson ultra frais juste à côté.
Les commerces et marchés à quelques minutes permettent de profiter pleinement de la cuisine parfaitement équipée avec du bon matériel ainsi que du barbecue sur la terrasse.
Le beau jardin est clos, bien fleuri et vaste, l'idéal pour notre chien.
La maison est très confortable, particulièrement la literie. Un fourneau permet de réchauffer la fraîcheur des soirées de la fin de l'hiver. La décoration est de bon goût.
Pascal, le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et donne volontiers les tuyaux pour une vraie découverte de l'Algarve. De plus il nous a laissé profiter de son citronnier, un vrai régal.
Durant Notre séjour de 3 semaines nous avons fait une cure de poissons et de sommeil.
Un séjour parfait.
