Location is certainly located

I had to face the hardest travel time due to the rude approach of the management of ss lumina. I made the booking through booking.com and by virtue of good luck I got the booking for 90 rs per night and the same was done a month before the date of booking. On the day of booking I arrived at the property and gave the reference of booking.com booking . I got the reply that their system password has been changed and the person knowing the password for the booking.com booking portal is not available in the hotel so I should wait for some time. After an hour of waiting the receptionist informed me that I can check in the room and he will be completing the formalities later on as the concerned person will take time to reach the property.. I checked in the room and after freshing up I left fory appointments fory business trip. I ca.e back to the hotel in evening by 6.00pm at that time receptionist informed me that I had to vacate the hotel or have to pay the regular fair of hotel as they can't accept the booking.com deal of ₹90/- per day *The things which upset me are as under* If the deal was not acceptable then why had the hotel not denied the same in a one month window time of booking. If the same deal was not acceptable then why had they entertained me by opening the doors of the room Thirdly why did the management of the hotel take 8 hours to inform me that either I had to pay full tariff against the discounted offer They were having my contact details they must have informed me about their decision well in advance so that I could have looked for a good alternative within my budget to stay Everyone will endorse my words that every one who is traveling for a long stay always plans the budget well in advance the question is if someone says at the last moment that you have to pay big amount that too in a black mailing manner doesn't go with the policy of booking.com The worst of the worst part is there was no customer support of booking.

Pleasant

Prime location in Bangalore. The facilities are clean. The rooms are great for short stays.

Room service needs to be improved a lot. I had to give several reminders to provide me some necessities like refill of drinking water and plates for food.

Overall pleasant stay

Room have all the amenities including dental kit, shower cap, health kit, hair drier, laundry bag, locker inside room and so on. Room was well adequate spacious. Location is great. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Proper Check in and check out process was followed.

1. Choices of food for ordering in Room were less due to non availability of Chef. 2. We asked for extra water bottle, for that hotel replied that there are 2 guests and in a day we provide only 2 complimentary water bottles for 2 guests. 3. We booked double bed room, but were provided with Twin Room by saying non availability of Double Rooms.

The hotel was extremely amazing. The staff was super nice. Specially i would like to mention narendra, aarukya and 2 more staff who really took care of all my requests. Thankyou so much for making my stay a memorable one. I really wish to b there again.

Hopeless, Never get into the HOTEL. keep yiyr self aloof .. final suggestion..

BREAKFAST WAS NOT RELATED. SOUTH INDIAN DISHES WERE NOT SERVED WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY WHEREAS NEXT DAY IT WAS SERVED WITHOUT SOUTH INDIAN FOOD .. HA HA HA.. NEVER GO INTO IT . ITS HORRIBLE TO STAY (NO VALUE FIR MONEY) NO SERVICES .
