Comfy beds, spacious rooms, free breakfast is good, pool area is lovely, wifi is decent. Well air-conditioned.
Not a whole lot to do, restaurant is exorbitantly overpriced and food is decent enough but doesn’t match price tag. I feel like more could be done to create a vibe e.g play music at the restaurant/pool. The swim up bar wasn’t in service and none of the advertised activities e.g live music, salsa dancing etc were happening while we were there as off season - this was disappointing and not clear when booking.

location, location. Away from the hustle of Cabo this place calms the soul. Each room has what you need. Also the restaurant on site is top rate. And if you see a burro make sure you give him a carrot or apple and wish him safe travels.
Location driving directions were a bit sketchy. But the adventure of Vidasoul is getting there.

The property is much more remote than we realized. We booked last minute and didn't do much research. After the initial surprise, we loved being off the beaten path and away from crowds.
Understandably the restaurant must charge higher prices than in the city because everything has to be trucked in over a long dirt road. The food was excellent but you pay US prices for your meals.

Awsome location on the beach, views and spectacular sunset. Staff was very helpful and so encouraging to work with us on our spanish while there. Juan at reception and Aristedes in the restaurant were terrific. Food was very flavorful and clearly the chef cares about quality, taste and presentation. Room was very clean and bed and sheets very comfortable.
The less than generous reviews posted by some who seem to expect a Los Cabos experience at a cookie cutter resort. This place is for the adventurous and for those who want a treat to get away to the Mexican Baja and can handle a rough, but incredibly scenic, drive to get there.

I loved the staff. Aristrides and his friendly attitude made our stay that much more enjoyable. He’s such an asset to your company!
The property’s proximity to the ocean and the distance between its nearest neighbor makes this property special to me. The energy of this place (Baja in general) and the warmness of the staff spilled over into influencing guests’ happy attitudes too!

The location was incredible, the rooms were clean and well laid out. I know everything is on solar but we were really bummed to not have a fridge/coffee maker in the room. We had read reviews that the restaurant was quite expensive and so we came stocked with breakfast food and drinks for during the day and had no where to cool them down. It was quite a spurge for us to stay here and it would have been great to have a way to make free coffee in the morning/ save a bit on food/drinks.
The pool was quite dirty, no one was swimming in it

beautiful scenery and beach, delicious food and nice staff. Small establishment.
Litter and garbage around on the property. General upkeep needed, sliding doors not working properly, windows need to be cleaned, not a four star hotel.
wind blown and tattered. No price list for drinks, surprise wine price after dinner was $250.00 pesos for a small taste of wine per glass. That on top of the already inflated meal prices.

the very modern design of the premises. A great band played rock music on Saturday night, for the few persons that were there.
the beach is just in front and beautiful. The sea was transparent and inviting, but we did not enter in it, because of the possible rip currents.

It’s clean and staff is really caring. Second time in this place and we are never disappointed
There should be an open shower near the pool so as not to dirt it with sand

If we had stayed longer.

The view of the water, sunrise and watching the whales, in season of course. The sound of the Waves crashing on the beach from your room. Very tranquil. The beds were very comfy in the sheets very soft.
Food was way overpriced probably cuz there's no competition. Coffee should be made available anytime to guests. Perhaps a Keurig machine or something like that. Was no coffee ready till 7:30. many people were up for the sunrise around 6:00. The downside of the tranquility is the distance to everything (minimum 45 minutes) on a road that's barely possible in a regular car. The pool was not swimmable the water had a unpleasant smell.
Most of the staff was pleasant but the one waiter. I wasn't fond of, detected an attitude. Finally brought me a wine list when I was finished my dinner. There was only one functional kayak not a good activity to do by yourself in the ocean. There was also no entertainment.

had really good wifi which is not typical for such a remote location
beautiful sunrises and ocean views, great place if you need a break from busy touristy locations
good food and drinks options
next gas station is 1h 10min away so plan ahead
good to have some minor grocery and other necessities as well as no stores nearby

We liked everything and the food had a good taste.
I recommend going there with a 4x4 vehicle… it is not necessary though.

You get nice beaches, quiet, away from busy Cabo. Friendly staff.
The property needs some TLC.
