About this villa rental
Insightful dialogues regarding tradition, history and the local beliefs, resulted to the conception of this residence, on an island known for its slopes and the narrow cottages, as well as its Byzantine and Medieval buildings (Monasteries, Churches and Towers). DIALOGOI is derived from these architectural forms. Looking at this private residence, one can perceive the dialogue between the different buildings. The first one at the lower level, beside the property's main entrance is inspired by a typical cottage, in contrast to an imposing Monastery gate, which is sited next to it. The central building is oblong resembling a church with a tower house standing next to it instead of a belfry. All these are set to a harmonious dialogue, being respectful to their surroundings and the architecture, history and nature of Andros. A unique landmark of the residence is the two fish swimming in opposite directions that decorate the entrances, made with a traditional technique using pebbles. You can see the unique Hora (capital) of Andros which stands on a sharp peninsula between two sandy beaches of Nimborio and Paraporti, amongst the magnificent unique blue color of Aegean Sea. Our stay at the Villa Dialogoi was absolutely wonderful. Krista and Panos were wonderful and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Checked in on us, made sure everything was smooth, and we had everything we needed.
The house maid was fantastic, super friendly and we never missed anything in the house. She was very thorough, and with 11 people in the house at one point, she did a great job catering to any requests we may have had.
As for the house, or should I say the Villa, it was the most beautiful place any one of us had ever stayed at. From the small details all around the house, to beautiful outdoor and indoor designs, to furniture picked, the kitchen cabinets, the most dreamy pool/pool area, the outdoor seating space, we felt like we were all living a dream. It was nicely spread out that even thought it was 11 of us, we all had our own space somehow.
We also received boat rental and chef recommendations from Krista and Panos, and both were absolutely amazing.
The chef was phenomenal, he worked with me on the menu, everything that he made was delicious, it’s some of the best food we have ever had.
Our day on the boat with Yannis was also fantastic, we went to a few different beaches, then a beautiful lunch, and the whole day was so much fun.
The whole week was amazing, it’s a trip we will never forget, and I am so happy we stayed at Villa Dialogoi, I could’ve not imagined a better place to stay at, for my birthday trip with friends.

From the booking to the welcome and throughout the stay we receive a really high level of service.
The property is truly stunning and beautifully kept.
Every little detail is studied with care and personality.
In the house you can find what you need for a good holiday: pool bar, barbecue, gym, table football, billiards, two areas for dining, confortables room, video games , sound system , etc.
on request laundry service and an exceptional cooker.
Andros is a beautiful island with super beaches.

We rented Krista and Panos' house for 11 days. We were 10 and we had plenty of space. The house is big, very comfortable, nicely decorated with an artsy feel. The pool area is stunning and so relaxing that we spent many whole days there. There is also a play room with ping-pong and pool tables, some fitness equipment etc. Generally speaking, everything is much better than it looks on the pictures.
Krista is a very attentive and responsive host. Marites, the cleaning lady, is a must-have : discreet and efficient, it makes you feel as if you are in a hotel. Moreover we took the services of the cooker, Alketa, twice; it was very good and at a reasonable price per person.
The location is very good too : the villa dominates the Andros' bay and offers therefore a nice view on the main city and the sea. There are beautiful beaches at 5'-10' drive and Chora, at a stone's throw, is beautiful and lively. Batsi, which definitely offers much to do and see too, is at a 40' ride.
We had a perfect holiday and we totally recommend Krista and Panos' house.

Villa Dialogoi was hands down the best VRBO we've ever stayed out. The pictures are lovely but don't do the property justice. Krista and Panos have spared no detail to outfit the house with everything you could ever possibly need on vacation. The house was meticulous, and there was someone on site for 5 hours a day to help clean and tidy (although not intrusive at all). There was wonderful common space, but plenty of places to retreat, and the pool was a lovely refuge from the summer heat. We also had a wonderful meal prepared by a cook, and it was phenomenal. We have nothing but great things to say about the property and hosts and can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay, and we hope to be back!

We had a most enjoyable stay in this beautiful villa. Krista was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in beautiful Andros. Our family of 10 enjoyed the rooms and also indulged in a delicious meal by a fabulous chef that was recommended. Everyone was happy throughout our visit and our villa was immaculate each day. We miss it already!

Our entire group was so impressed with the home, location, hosts, the cleaning lady Marites. We wanted to have cars with the freedom to explore the island at will. This house is a short drive to town and to several beaches. It is secluded behind 2 gates which make it very private. We found the home beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room for our 10 guests. We also had the optional cook, Alketa, cook 3 traditional meals. The food was plentiful and delicious with leftovers for lunch the next day. The groceries and her cooking time cost about €80 per person total. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

We had a great week in villa Dialogoi. The villa is beautiful decorated with lot of art and has a great atmosphere! The swimmingpool is very nice! The help of Krista was great! And we loved the cooking of Alketa and the services of Marites

We booked this villa to celebrate an my sons 18th and my 50th Birthday and our 25 year Wedding Anniversary so we wanted it to be special and it certainly didn’t disappoint!
We were wowed as we walked through the door of the villa and shown around by the hosts Panos and Krista who went above and beyond to help us make our stay 5 star ⭐️.
The attention to detail throughout this villa is amazing, everything has been carefully thought about and planned out. The views from the villa are exceptional. There is so much space for everyone, our sons and their friends could play music in the games room and have table tennis tournaments and we wouldn’t even know because you couldn’t hear a sound. Marites the cleaning lady discreetly cleaned for several hours per day, she was amazing. She looked after us so well, everything was perfect. We had several boys with us on our holiday so decided to have Alketa to cook us breakfast every morning. It was a feast of everything we had asked for and perfectly cooked. She also cooked us an excellent meal of octopus and a lamb dish one evening it was excellent.
The beautiful town of Andros ( a 10 minute drive away ) with a boutique feel is so pretty. It has everything you need. The food is excellent, a lovely little square where you can sit and people watch. There are two beaches close by, again no more than a 10 minute drive, one with a lovely restaurant on the beach with amazing food.
I thoroughly recommend this villa, it is beautiful and the hosts Panos and Krista were exceptional, they were at the end of the phone whenever you needed them for help or advice. Thank you both for making our stay so fantastic, we will never forget this wonderful holiday and hope to come back again soon. The Mills Family & The Taylor Family xxxx

A wonderful stay in a magical place
We stayed in villa Dialogoi for a week with friends while in Andros for a wedding and loved it. Absolutely stunning location and amazing views of Chora. The villa itself is very special - beautifully styled and very comfortable with lots of space to relax. Fabulous pool, brilliant games room, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. It is also extremely well equipped, there isn’t a kitchen utensil you cannot find! Marites the housekeeper kept the place in tip top condition each day. We were also lucky enough to have her look after our 8 month old baby for an evening and she is an absolute natural with children. Would love to stay again.

What a Magical Week!
Our family would just like to say a massive thankyou to Panos & Krista for such an amazing week staying at their stunning villa. Everything was perfect from the communication through lockdown and when we finally arrived (third time lucky) we were welcomed by Panos and Krista and they gave us a tour around their beautiful villa. All I can say is wow. Marites the cleaning lady was so discreet and was lovely to have her around and Alketa's food was out of this world. Her spinach pie just delicious as was all the food she prepared for us. We decided to ask Alketa to cook breakfast too and that was such a treat. We hope one day to return to Andros and stay in this breath-taking villa. Thankyou again for everything XX

This villa is definitively THE PLACE to be in Andros ! The villa is very well located with a breathtaking sea view and close by the lovely city of Chora, which has a unique beauty due to the combination of Venetian, Byzantine and Ottoman architecture. The villa is very spacious, tastefully decorated and very well maintained and equipped with an amazing pool and excellent cleaning and cooking services ! The booking, arrival and departure processes are very easy with many tips provided by the hosts who are very kind and reactive in case of need. Villa Diagoloi is an amazing villa to stay with your family and friends that I highly recommend !

Andros Villa
We stayed a week in the villa in August this year. We were 8 adults and 7 kids from 1 to 10 years old. We truly had a great time and the house far exceeded our expectations. There is lots of space for everybody. The setup of the rooms, dining room and terrasses setup is such that despite being a large group we could all enjoy some intimacy and accommodate heterogeneous schedules (i.e late nights, early starts, naps for babys etc…). The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you can hope for. Stunning view over the sea on Andros city that you can enjoy from almost every window.
Marites is doing an amazing job at keeping the house nice and clean and is super flexible and accommodating. In addition to house cleaning she can also offered baby sitting.
Panos and Krista were super nice to us and answered each and every request we had during our stay. The are staying in a separate appartement in the property but you will never hear or see them unless you ask. We would definitely comeback.

Luxury scenic villa
Luxury scenic villa in hills outside Andros Town providing spacious living ideal for multiple families with 6 bedrooms all with air con(3 en suite) set over 3 floors. Unfortunately our snowflake British children are used to heated pools so the lovely well-equipped pool area was not used as much as it should have been.A few issues but owners and helpers on site quickly popped round. A great extra is the lovely Marites who cleans 5 hours a day and even washes the clothes.Great island for walkers with well marked routes, you soon see (and hear) why it is called the windy island. Short drive to beaches and restaurants.Owners very forbearing as trip on again off again with Covid situation and communication from Krista excellent

Best villa we've ever stayed in!
Villa Dialogoi was without a doubt the best villa we have every stayed in! Every single detail has been thought of, from the decor to the facilities, to the beautiful bedrooms!
There were a group of 10 of us, but the house still felt very spacious with plenty of room. Each room was beautiful in its own way, with not room feeling like the short straw!
We ended up having the chef on three nights as we didn't want to leave the villa as it was too nice! The food was delicious and allowed us to really get stuck into Greek cuisine!
Finally, Krista and Panos were fantastic hosts. They answered all of our requests up to and during our stay and made sure everything was answered quickly and efficiently.
We all agreed that we would struggle to ever beat our week there with any other villa - looks like we'll be going back!

INCREDIBLE VILLA
First of all I want to thank the hosts and Marites for making it very easy to communicate at all time.
The Villa is spectacular very confortable we had the upper room with private bathroom and plenty of closet space.
The view from the room basically a dream, didn't want to close the shutters so we can see the sun rise.
We enjoyed very much the pool space with all the amenities, fridge, ice maker (our favourite), milk shaker and specially nespresso coffee machine all at the pool bar....WOW....
not to mentioned we discover last minute that the pool shower had a steam room. The pool and the house was always cleaned and well maintained daily with the help of Marites which we appreciated very much all very worth the money.
We went for a wedding , we had a beautiful surprise in our fridge the next morning a bottle of champagne, and a very beautiful and thoughtful gift for us and the newly weds.
We didn't want to leave the Villa, so we spend as much time as possible to enjoy it. The wifi was great the music connection every where in the house. The pictures are great but to see it in person is actually more amazing. Very well furnished with all you need to entertained , cook and play......kids friendly .
You will definitely enjoy.....we all loved it...thanks for everything Panos, Krista and Marites........

We are still recovering from leaving Dialogi after an amazing week of relaxation and exploration of Andros. For months I’ve gotten quizzical looks when I tell fellow Americans our island of choice for our Greek adventure would be Andros. While they were all with the cruise ships and crowds on better known islands we were in PARADISE with views to die for, an amazing cook and a short drive into a quintessential island village with shops and restaurants to rival the mainland. The pictures don’t do this justice as there are dozens of “moments” to be had in this home - views, breezes, cozy bedrooms and amazing art. Panos and Krista (and team!) were unbelievable hosts! We were celebrating two birthdays and were two families traveling together. They took every care from detailed directions ahead of our trip to a welcome basket and champagne on our final night/birthday. Many memories made and we hope to return one day soon!

Eravamo 3 famiglie con molto a disposizione perché la casa è grande, bellissima, dotata di ogni comfort e con servizio di pulizia giornaliero che rende il soggiorno estremamente rilassato. Su richiesta, la bravissima signora Alketa, prepara favolosi piatti della cucina greca togliendo anche il pensiero della cena...Insomma una vera vacanza!!!
I proprietari, Krista e Panos sono persone estremamente gentili e disponibili, ci hanno aiutati moltissimo ad organizzare escursioni in barca, trovare ristoranti e molto altro! 5 stelle non bastano per descrivere la nostra esperienza...torneremo presto!

Our second visit was even more spectacular!!
This was the second time we have visited Villa DIALOGOI and the spendour of this beautiful spot in Andros was even more spectacular this time around. The welcome we received from the villa owners Krista and Panos was so warm and inviting and it was wonderful to see Marites, their amazing housekeeper again.
I have visited Andros for 30 years which gives me ample qualification to say that this villa is one of the best the island has to offer!

Breathtaking Mansion
We stayed 2 weeks at this beautiful villa with our family of 7 people - it was just wonderful! We´ve had a very warm welcome and met Krista and Panos at the house. The villa is very well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The large pool is perfect for a light refreshment and the view from the dining table is just breathtaking. There was also a perfect service by the cleaning lady who helped us to enjoy the 2 weeks as much as possible - it felt like a private hotel. Thank´s a lot Krista and Panos for sharing your home with us - we definately had 2 wonderful weeks on this beautiful aegean island!!

Life changing vacation and new friends for life
We were two close families traveling together with a goal of seeing and experiencing authentic Greece. We were seeking special moments and life long memories. We found all of this in Andros but especially in this amazing home and with our amazing hosts (Panos, Krista,and their perfect children) The home, designed and built by Panos, is nothing short of an engineering and aesthetic marvel, combining architectural styles of the island. The elevated position of the home creates the mythic and magical feeling of floating above the Aegean and the town of Hora. The home has a beautiful organic style with thick walls, passages, and stairways that offer privacy but entice guests to explore. Each room in the home is perfectly suited to purpose. The bedrooms are stylish, dark when needed, and private. The dining room looks ready to host a diplomatic summit. The art is playful and uplifting. The living room and outdoor spaces encourage deep conversations and connections with friends and family. Our trip to Andros and most importantly our beloved host family allowed us to fall in love with Greece, it's people, and to believe that vacations can change lives through close time spent together, the adventure of new discoveries and experiences, and especially through the joy found in new friendship. αιώνιος αγάπη. FABULOUS!!
The pictures just do not do the property justice! We arrived in Andros after having already been in Greece for 10 days. We stayed on several different islands in homes and hotels and by far Villa Diagolo was our favorite. Panos and Krista went above and beyond to make our stay special. They coordinated the surprise engagement of our daughter, helped arrange an amazing photographer, and arranged a delicious home prepared feast. They’re commitment to the joy of “your” holiday will be unmatched. We highly recommend Villa Diagolo and hope to return soon!

AMAZING!! WONDERFUL!!
JUST GO! Our stay in Andros exceeded all of our expectations...which were high to begin with! After an easy 2 hour evening ferry, and a BEAUTIFUL short drive, Panos and Krista were exceptionally gracious upon our arrival and made us feel right at home as our dinner was waiting for us, prepared by Alketa, the cook, despite the late hour. BEST SPANIKOPITA EVER!! The home itself is heavenly. From the pool to the views to the layout...everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax, while at the same time the home encourages you to gather together and enjoy great food, wine and time. We were two families of four with kids ranging from 9 to 17 years old. Not one of us were ever bored or in need of anything. Marites, the housekeeper, was fantastic although we rarely saw her, except for when she delivered our neatly pressed laundry on a couple of occasions. The home was always immaculate upon our returns. A quick 5 minute drive to Chora and you have shopping, restaurants and groceries. We ate out a couple of nights but enjoyed cooking at the house even more. The kitchen has anything you need to prepare meals for large groups. And as a bonus, there’s a small taverna that’s a five minute walk from the house. Great cold beer and wonderful food and views. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we definitely plan on going back in the not so distant future. Thanks again to Panos, Krista, Marites and Alketa!

A stylish, immaculately-kept house dramatically situated overlooking the sea, this is quite possibly the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in. I went with my wife, our two young children and another couple with their two young children. All of us agreed it was the best holiday we had ever had in our lives.

Andros stay
We were a somewhat unusual group for this house; seven high school art students and two teachers from the U.S. It is a testament to the versatility of the house. Lots of room to spread out in and be independent, plenty of gathering places to be together and share. Loved the long stone dining room table. Panos and Krista were very helpful, obviously part of the house they love and respect, with an honest interest in passing that on to us. We loved that Andros was not so busy at this time of the year and felt it very special in a low-key sort of way. We loved our stay there.

We felt just like the royal family!
After a long journey we arrived at Villa Dialogoi and we were really flabbergasted! What a lovely house and what a warm welcome from all of you. It is so hard to describe how special our week was with the whole family thanks to this royal place.
Back home we regularly look at the pictures and there is always a big smile on our faces!

Stunning property with incredible views
I have been holidaying in Andros for over 20 years and I have never come across a more beautifully positioned, perfectly appointed, welcoming villa.

Best villa I've stayed at in Greece

La casa era semplicemente stupenda!! Le foto non rendono!! È' studiata nei particolari, arredata con gusto e fornita di qualsiasi strumento si abbia bisogno!!! I proprietari sono accoglienti e attenti a non far mancare niente!!
Ogni giorno la casa viene pulita con discrezione !!
abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter vivere una bellissima vacanza in famiglia,e con gli amici,avendo la possibilità di soddisfare le esigenze di tutti, grandi e piccini, grazie a Palestrina, sala giochi, piscina e spazi di relax....a volte era difficile abbandonare la casa per andare al mare !!!
Una sera, sotto consiglio dei proprietari, abbiamo organizzato a casa , una cena greca cucinata da una cuoca dell isola che ha preparato dei veri manicaretti!!
Potrei descrivere altre fantastiche qualità della casa ma vi suggerisco di scoprirlo da soli, saranno liete sorprese 😀�😀�😀�

Beautiful Androa Villa
This was a perfect find for our party of 13, who range in age from 12 -55 yrs old. The villa itself is beautifully styled, with plenty of space for all of us yet with sufficient privacy for the 3 families. Panos and Krista were so helpful providing all the detail of the villa and of Andros itself, meaning we had a perfect week there. Whatever you do please make sure you are catered for in the villa for at least one evening as the food was sensational - by far the best I have had in many areas of Greece. The villa is ideally situated for Chora and several nearby beaches ( all a short car ride), and Panos was also able to organise a boat daytrip to nearby beaches. However, I would say that the villa is so idyllic that you may find yourselves leaving only reluctantly. Thanks once again for a fabulous trip - we will return.
