About this condo rental
Ideal location close to lifts and slopes. Convenient for shops bars and restaurants. Situated on the first floor with a lift. Two bedroom apartment with balcony - sleeps up to 6. Well equipped, Flat screen tv, free view channels, French tv channels, hi/fi, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Separate bathroom and toilet. Bed linen included in price, winter only. No towels provided but can be hired as an extra please ask for details. Wi-Fi is now included in the price We prefer to run Sat to Sat but do sometimes take other changeover dates. Additional cost of £5.00 per night per person for the 6th person (to cover linen costs) Cleaning is your responsibility and the if the apartment is not left in a good condition (as you would expect to find it) your cleaning deposit will be withheld. A general housepack is available and can be forwarded to you before you book for your perusal if you are seriously interested in booking. Please email us and it can be sent to you. Wi-fi now available The apartment is available all year round. Tignes has a Glacier and there is summer skiing/golf/horseriding/walking and other mountain activities. For Our summer rates please note linen is not normally available in the Summer but duvet and pillows are provided. Should you want to hire linen our Management co can sometimes arrange but will require details at least a week before arrival.

The apartment had realy bad shower system, bearly had hot water stream.
They charged extra on nonsense like abit of crumbs On the table ( after charging 20€ for cleaning fee when you book the place) gives you a bad feeling to finsh a trip and to know you are charged extra for some nonsense.

Great location. All you need just in le lac lovely quiet village restaurants, nice bars, shops etc all just a mins walk.
Ski in /out just over the road.

Amazingly equipped apartment and very homely and cozy. Comfortably slept 4 adults and a 6 year old and still more room for more kids if you needed.
Easy access to bus stop just up the road to be able to go to surrounding villages le lac and val claret free bus!
Great correspondence with the hosts Tina and Andy really helpful anything we needed.
My family and I had a wonderful stay here and would recommend to anyone that wanted a cozy well equipped and located Ski accommodation.

Easy and pleasant stay
We were 5 people in the apartment (2 adults and 3 children)
It was easy to rent the apartment, and both the owners and the property manager have been very easy and flexible to communicate with.
The kitchen had all we could wish for - except a whisk.
Location is great. walk out ... after less than 100 meters, you are on skis. When you ski home at night - aim for the Tovieres Square - from here is a small "green" ski-path toward the apartment.
Ski rental, bakery, supermarket are all really close.
Car parking requires a small stroll, but not unbearable :-)

Excellent apartment
This is a very well equipped apartment, and very clean and tidy. The location is great for the ski lifts in La Lavachet. The only problem we had was with parking as it’s not actually at the property and we only found this out a couple of weeks prior to our visit.

convenient, close to slopes, good size for family of 4 or 5
Lovely property, close to slopes and shops. Quiet although early in the morning the walls were quite thin so we could hear our neighbours. Close to the bus stop. Great kitchen, plenty of storage and lots of places to hang up drying snow clothes!
The kids say thanks for the Wifi and especially thanks from me for letting me stay longer on the last day, due to an unexpected change of events.

the apartment was clean spacious and very confortable .
The kitchen is really well equipped and very important it was very quiet but close to the slopes .For the evening you have a lot of tv channel .
we really enjoyed our ski week .

Well equipped apartment in a great location
This apartment was the perfect base for a family summer holiday in Tignes. It is just a short walk from the host of summer sporting activities available in Tignes. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and the fête du vin took place during our stay. Excellent holiday thank you.

Lovely apartment and perfect location
We enjoyed a great family holiday in the apartment. It had everything we needed and the UK freeview was a real positive for the kids in the evening! Lavachet had all we needed too and the apartment was a stone’s throw from the slopes where you can ski down to the lifts. We hope to be back to stay again soon. Many thanks for a lovely holiday!

You know that sense of trepidation whenever you open the door of a property you've booked online ? Avoid it. Book this apartment. From initial contact to post holiday, comms were fantastic. The place itself is immaculate, really well appointed, great location. Short walks to lifts, bars, shops, hire kit, parking, restaurants. Really cannot fault it, would recommend and sure to stay again when next in Tignes.

Very well equipped and well presented accomodation
The property was ideal for our stay and facilities were great. shopping so close by and lifts within minutes of the door, block was quiet and the balconies provided great views. Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Great appartment, highly recommended
My friends and I stayed at this apartment in the first week of February 2013 for our ski holiday in Tignes.
The apartment was very cosy and we all felt very at home in it. We were four in total, and had plenty of room for all of us, both in the bedrooms and lounge area.
We truly felt like we were at home, as the apartment comes with all the necessities that you would have back home.
The location was ideal as it was literally a 2 minute walk to the bakery in the morning for fresh croissants and same distance to the ski lifts and to the free shuttle bus that goes to Le Lac and other parts of Tignes.
I sincerely highly recommend this apartment, as do the other 3 people who came with me. Great for families or a group of friends.
