Parking charges

Comfy room with a nice river view.

A bit remote from public transportation, e.g. Frankfurt’s metro. Took quite much time and my long distance call to get my booking (which was confirmed by Booking.com) sorted out at check-in as the hotel said they didn’t have my changed date records.

the staffs were very poor.

called the staff three times and i was told no one was downstairs to attend to my room

I am a woman traveling alone. The parking garage was close by and brightly lit. I was always able to get parking on the entry level near the door. I never felt afraid there. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, whether it was the registration desk, cleaning staff or restaurant staff. My dinner in the on site restaurant was the best meal I had in Germany during my seven day trip to Germany. That included my stay in Berlin as well as Offenbach.

The refrigerator in my room did not work, even after I reported it as broken. Other than that my stay was above all my expectations. I felt pampered and spoiled. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Excellent visit to Offenbach.

beautiful room, lovely design and the quality of the facilities - overall lovely space

the restaurant area was not the cheapest and the food was not overall super high quality, however it is understandable as the primary function is a hotel not a restaurant

I booked a hotel because I always use and need the 24 hours kitchen service. But for my whole stay the kitchen was not operating which made it difficult and I had to go out to get food all the time. it slowed down my work and caused a big burden .. I could have been in a different hotel .. so I feel like I wasted my money
