Location and view from city facing rooms are good, plus free on site parking.
No air-conditioning. Don't stay if it's a hot week.
No fly screen if you want the window open at night when it's hot so there are lots of mosquitoes.
Breakfast fruit salad was off and had flies in it.
No free coffee facilities in hotel or room.
We had a room with a kitchenette but nothing was provided in the way of tea towel, sponge or soap.
No soap in bathroom either plus there was only one towel in the room for a booking of two people when we arrived.

Small bedroom that is simple, with a small kitchenette. Location was nice, between Croix Rousse area and Opera area so that it is easy to go around by metro or by foot. The view from the residence terrasse is nice.

All quite good, but A/C would have been nice.

No air conditioner and not clean
6.0
There is a mini kitchen in the room.
There is no air conditioning.
The facility is located on a steep slope and is not near to most attractions.
7.0
Large room. Quiet location.
Provide you with sink, microwave, china and cutlery but no dishwash liquid and have to request dishwash tablets, no cloth to wipe bench. Not sure why you would make it difficult to clean up.

We liked the location, the room with kitchen, and the fact that it is dog-friendly (10€ per night). Parking near the hotel entrance was free (small parking for approx 10-15 cars, sometimes can be full).
We were given a room on the top floor with a small window and no air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot and stuffy even in early May. While the location was good, there was a concert in the park in front of the hotel until 10 or 11 pm, followed by an after-party on the other side of the hotel (which happened to be our side), on the playground until 3am. Despite our attempts to call reception a few times, nobody answered, even though reception was supposed to be available 24/7. Also, someone in another room close to ours was smoking.

Clean, comfortable and great location with stunning views of the city and the Alps.
It could use better sound proofing windows, the proximity to the busy road makes it noisy.

the location and the view around the hotel is great.
no hot water
the bath up wasn’t clean enough
I think the price was too higher for its value could have got a better hotel for that price.

The view. Breakfast.
Impossible to drive to it. All Google, vehicle GPS, and other instructions take you to a one way street you cannot go to. We had to make an international call to get directions that took us 30+ minutes to get there. There was no sinage once we were there and we passed it but illegally backed up to get to the hotel. It's a long walk to and back from the historic center.

Very centrally located, although on a steep hill! Friendly staff.
The room was a good size and well laid out with mezzanine bed. Kitchen included microwave, hob and dishwasher, although no tea towels. Some crockery and utensils were missing, though.

Great views overlooking Lyon. Steep hill to climb but funicular took you up. Apartment has a funky decor, is compact but well equipped. Very helpful staff.
No amenities supplied at all except small tube of handwash. Bring everything!

the location
the breakfast options were not adequate for the price

the room has a small kitchen so you can cook by yourself. there also is a good bathroom with bathtub so you can relax after lot of walk.
it’s located on the hill and it was tiresome to climb it after sightseeing.

Great location and accommodation. Easy private parking
No proper bicyle parking, too many people on the private terrain which was not managed. I stayed here in the past more often and it did not progress

Great location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Just be prepared for steep hills!
Exterior of building very poorly lit at night. Needed to use phone to find path to front door. Interior
hall lights on motion sensors but they didn’t always work and was reliant on phone to light stairways on occasions. Room was efficient and clean but no clothing storage other than a few hangers in closet.

Location. room, window view, parking - everything was excellent.
All historical sites were nearby and several minutes by foot. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The kitchenette is very convenient item.
I'm not regular for the absence of Bedside tables.

Location is great. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the opera house and many good restaurants. The room is basic. Parking can be a problem. I was lucky to get a parking space.
No aircon. Could be a problem in the summer.

Practical accommodation in a great area

Former 17th century convent renovated into a no frills hotel. Spectacular views from riverside rooms. Friendly staff.
The location, at the top of an extreme incline, was very difficult to maneuver with or without luggage. amenities are sparse. there was no soap in the bathroom, no dish soap. Guests must clean and remove their own garbage. seems more like a hostel than a hotel. There are not local eateries or grocery stores that do not involve climbing up or down a huge hill.
